I loved every bit of the car leasing experience. They move at a fast pace and try to get the best deal possible. Very transparent and willing to work with what you have. 10/10 will be recommending everyone I know.

I have been dealing with this Lincoln dealer for years and they are cooperative people and treat others as if they were one family, especially Pat in service department. Just left Gary Wilkinson with our new Ford Explorer. This was the best car shopping experience of my life and I have had MANY cars throughout the years. We purchased a used 2021 Aviator this past weekend.

Joseph, our sales associate, was extremely attentive. He carefully listened to our requirements and knew every feature of this vehicle, never having to check with anyone or get back to us with an answer to our questions.

Upon pickup of the vehicle, Joseph went above and beyond any orientation that we have ever received when purchasing a car, new or used. And we have purchased several over the last twenty years.

He made it his business to make sure we knew every technological feature of this car, and that we programmed it to our exact preference, from the memory seats to the LincolnWay app and everything in between!

In addition to being attentive and thorough, we felt like Joseph took care of us, right down to scheduling a future service call. With Joseph, it felt less like a sales transaction and more like a trusted resource. We appreciate that!

Lastly, Joseph had pulled the vehicle we had inquired about upfront to the side so we didn’t have to go look at it within the lot. There’s no question in that Joseph treated us as he himself would want to be treated as a customer. He didn’t hold back on any detail when it came to getting us the best deal to handing over the vehicle upon pickup.

In a word, Joseph doesn’t mind “working” through the entire sales process, and doesn’t fall short as a result. He is on his game, while making you feel extremely comfortable.

Started the car buying process online with Gigi about 3:30 in the afternoon. Drive up from Philly after work and was on my way home in my new Bronco Sport in the color, options, and price I was looking for by 8:30 PM. Definitely worth the drive to Maplecrest! Fantastic customer service from the sales team all the way down to the service techs. There mobile repair is top notch! Service tech Alan was super helpful and informative with a great attitude.
