Thank you for your service my mother has used your transportation now 2xs through modivcare and your drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable and dispatch quick to send out a driver for my mother . Unlike other companies that never show up or show up and leave your transportation actually show up.

Do yourself and your elder family members a favor and stay away from this company at all costs. Horrible service, outdated vehicles, but more importantly they don't care about you and your family members. No courtesy calls, they don't provide door to door service when the request is to provide door to door service. They made my aunt stood outside in the cold while they were verifying her door to door service. Eventually they left because without my aunt because she wanted to go bathroom after long way, and they could not wait for her!! The office dispatch is an arrogant animal who won't listen and hangs up.

Never on time, rude drivers, rude arrogant office managers. Filed immediate complaint with Modivcare - they need to fire this company from serving elder citizens. It's dangerous to rely on thus company to serve old and disable people. Shame on you Honest medical transportation.

I did not use the service but saw an extremely reckless driver (vehicle 85) going 80MPH in a 45MPH on S Orange Ave, swerving in and out of lanes, getting dangerously close to other vehicles. I called the company a few times to alert them to the dangerous driver but they didn’t answer or hung up immediately upon answering. I would not put a loved one in one of their vehicles.

Terrible terrible company! Never again. They show up late and never bring a second person to assist. One time they had my mom sitting outside in the cold and they just left her there. The port old lady was crying and terrified she couldn’t get back home. DO NOT USE!! unprofessional and unreliable

HORRIBLE COMPANY CANCELED RIGHT BEFORE PICK UP AND AND DIDNT CALL ME … YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.. disabled people should never be in your care

Drivers lied today and said they came to my home twice... but the called me 2 times saying they'd be here in twenty minutes then last time said 5 minutes ... so I. Missed my scheduled apt P.S. I'm in a wheelchair but my aid waited out side for them... and if they kept calling to say they would be 20 minutes they could have called to say they were outside... Their name should be dishonest transportation ... SMH

If given the opportunity to leave ZERO stars, I would. Called for a pick-up, was told 30-45 min. After waiting for an hour, I called, again. Again told 30 min. I waited for over 45 min. before making a third call. Was once again told 30 min. No one ever showed-up. Disgraceful lies, I am in a wheelchair, and so after 2 hours of waiting, I 'wheeled' myself home. Horrible sidewalks made this a real hardship. Took 1 hour, still faster than waiting for these drivers.

Very unreliable, and tells false statements on why their drivers are always late. Had me waiting close to three hours to get home! Very unprofessional and the dispatchers do not know what they’re doing.

They are either always late or don't show at all, they even get nasty when you ask how much longer they are gonna be. At 5am there should be no excuse for running behind, today's reason wass because he doesn't work the 1st shift and he overslept, not my problem. Too bad I can't give no stars, this really infuriates me.

Do NOT ever yse this company. Had my family member who is in a wheelchair sitting in the van for over an hour when he is supposed to have a two man assist. The second person never showed up. They also showed up to pick him up with one person. I haad to hel get my 160 5'9 son down the stairs. I called and was spoken to rudely and then they hung up in my face I hssv filed a complaint to the state and logisticare who isn't much better with making sure these transportaion providers do an accurate job. This is absolutel disgusting to be humilated treated inhumanely all for a dollar. Which we the taxpayers pay for. Make sure you call the state when you are treated in such a disgusting way. These people are horrible and rude

My daughter had a scheduled trip and no one showed up. The dispatcher lie and said the driver was at my house. I was looking out the window the time they said they was here. They need to change their name to dishonest.

They should change their name from honest to dishonest. Transport was late and when I spoke to them on the phone they where rude.

First time using Honest...i will honestly never use them again. They never showed up to pick up my sister for chemo appt. Call them twice and was told driver would they just lied about tumes

Horrible, they're Always late and always tell LogistiCare they're 10 minutes away, take much longer than the 60 minute window time and don't show up on time when you even have a scheduled return time. Not even worth 1 star tbh

Rude staff and unreliable! Arrive an hour and a half late for appointments and think the patient is still going to be seen. No courtesy call and refuse to give names of managers.

Dishonest should be their name. Terrible company and unprofessional. Please don’t EVER use them.

This COMPANY needs to be shut down. They are very rude, unreliable and they mistreat the clients.. Everytime you call you can never speak to a Manager. This is the worse company ever. Pleeeaaaasssse don't use them
