I had a great experiences buying the unicorn I was looking for, Chad Sanders has a great attitude, no pressure sales style. He was very nice with my whole family while we worked through the process. Thank you again Chad for getting us into our next car. The finance team was also great to work through the loan process, I definitely would recommend Madison Honda.

Kyle my sales rep, Al my finance rep as well as Laura who took care of an extended warranty for me and finally Chris from service who expedited a trailer hitch installation were all excellent. Moved to the burbs from NyC and needed a car. Has been a long time so wasn’t looking forward to the car buying process. I was very surprised how kind and caring Nick Wood in sales was. He answered all our questions, helped us test drive, and looked for the best possible deal. The process was smooth and he gave us room to make decisions. We really enjoyed working with Nick and Madison Honda and being a part of their Honda family.

I had a great experience at Madison Honda! I have to be honest I had no idea what I was looking for or even what I wanted to do next with my lease ending but Manny my sales rep was extremely helpful. I got in a couple cars and didn’t realize I had a preference until I sat in the 4th one lol. Manny was extremely accommodating and even drove to their sister location in PA just to pick up the car I wanted!! He also explained everything very thoroughly and made the process extremely smooth regardless of my indecisiveness. I’m extremely happy with my overall experience and so grateful for the managers Luis and Akrim for their patience and working with me to get what I needed. Both the sales and service department have been very professional. On the sales side, Nick Norton was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from them/him again. There were transparent and made the process much easier than other dealerships. He spent 20 minutes at the end of the sale explaining all the details of my new car. I highly recommend.

Having a surprise flat tire in a snow storm right by Madison Honda
- nightmare but super fortunate simultaneously. The service department at the dealership took me right in, and the tire was still under warranty. They replaced it right away (and installed a second at my request). They did this all right away, while I waited (including washing my car).
