Los Primos Restaurant

We tried this place on Saturday, may 20th, and we are definitely coming back or ordering for pick up or delivery. Keep in mind that if you're dining inside, it is a bit small. If the weather permits, you can eat outside. The food is delicious and the portions are good. The lady who took care of us was very nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

I'm not a huge fan of mexican food since I've had it every day for most of my life, but this food here is so good, especially the tacos dorados that come with yellow rice and beans which are so good ...everything mixes so well and having agua de jamaica - perfection.

Oh my god these are the best tacos I've ever had. I got the Tacos de Tinga, which is spicy chicken. They were moderately spicy and numbing and the chicken was extremely tender. The tacos also had avocado, cilantro, a grey stringy thing I'm not sure about. Doesn't matter, tasted amazing. Corn tortillas were firm and had a nice bite texture to them. On the side, there was salsa verde, cucumber slices, and lime which pair so so well with the tacos. Salsa added a bit of kick with jalapenos (I believe), the cucumber added good texture with its crispness, and the acidity of the lime helped as well. I was full after 3 tacos but ate the 4th one anyways. No regret!

Great food.... my friend invited me to eat here and I loved it. The pork tacos were so good. So much flavor and instead of 3 tacos they give 4 tacos in an order.

Me en canto la comida los taco's las flautas y El caldo de mariscos estubieron muy deliciosos recomiendo ir a comer a Este Lugar yo continuare comiendo aqui. Love the food the taco's and the fish soup with shrimp very delicious recommend eating here just be careful with the green salsa it's very delicious but might be to hot for some people don't will continue to come and eat here

Wonderful little place! You know it's good cuz it's in the basement! Best Chicken Tinga Tacos in the state! Updated 5 months later...food is still awesome and it's still a little tiny place in the basement!

Good food, good prices, nice service and best mexican food in town.

Torta especial, the layer of flavor. Pastor tacos and the spicy chicken tacos are our go to’s. It’s a small place so we always get take out, even with our drive home everything is still crispy and hot!!

I love this little spot, I've only gotten the burritos because I'm addicted and can't move on until I'm over them.

We ordered beef enchiladas with rice, shrimp burrito and grilled jalapeno. Everything was amazing and delicious 😋 specially the grilled jalapeno... yummy. You can't find that anywhere else in New Jersey!
Highly recommend this place. Food will be worth of your money!

Tacos and salsa verde were on point. I felt like I was back in Mexico eating at a puestecito en la calle.

Shot in the dark and Hit the bullseye. Tonight my family and I enjoyed for the very first time “Primos food”to say the least it will not be the last time we enjoy either. We ordered on a Saturday around 5pm and we’re told an hour for the delivery, surprisingly that was exactly how it went down!! But let me cut to the chase the FOOD!!! We had the chicken and the cheese flautas these were delicious with all the fixins rice and beans, also such a satisfying crunch no soggy mess!!! The lil one wasn’t feeling risky tonight with the menu and so we ordered the Fries and chicken milenesa they were awesome!!
Tacos were on point the Pastor and Cecina next time we will try the Tinga tacos!!OLY OLY GUACAMOLE fresh and delicious perfect spice and flavor. And Finally the menudo (tripe stew) was perfectly cooked will finish that tomorrow feeling deliciously stuffed!!! THANK YOU PRIMOS Bless y’all for our family dinner!!!!

If your looking for Authentic Fresh Mexican food, this is the place to be. I'm picky when it comes to Mexican food and let me tell you Los Primos has something for everyone, large portions, everything is garden fresh, the flavor is bold, mouthwatering and comforting. Great food and it's reasonably priced! I love it!

Small Restaurants but very big on Mexican food flavors. I'm puertorican and this small restaurant has been the best one so far. No alcoholic drinks but they have everything else from soft drinks to desserts. Friendly staff and very clean.

Wow is all I can say. The tacos carne asada are omfg I can’t talk until I’m done good. Get the salsa verde and the red sauce. If they have it. The red sauce is so popular. They run out. Certain days have specials that give you free spray. I think it’s on Monday. You get 4 tacos instead of the usual 3. Great shells also. With flavor. Order now! Parking sucks
