Great store, with great people. Always ready to help with any questions and concerns and fun to just chat with. And, if I have any concerns, they are quick to answer it for me. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. I had a very large ,heavy, bulky package to return. My granddaughter and I could not manage to carry it into the store. Voila they had a hand truck. The clerical help was very very helpful.

This place is convenience and very efficient. The ladies that work here are extremely polite and their customer service skills are very nice.

Shipping can be confusing sometimes or annoying but definitely not something they could have controlled on their end when you met them in store. They are efficient to the degree that can be helped.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. They explained the pricing and even cut down the box to fit my items, which helped with the shipping costs. I've been using UPS to ship items for years and no one has ever done that. I would definitely return to this store again.

The young lady named Annie is a very helpful fast worker and so is the young man who worked with her today. Thanks guys for actually smiling at me and saying hi. Other places aren’t as nice. :)

A nice little venue to ship out goods. I've had multiple occasions where I needed to send out packages of varying sizes and they have been very accommodating and very fair with the pricing. They do offer some stock for shipping means and they are very fairly priced. They have p.o.boxes available for rent and you can access them anytime, even after the venue closes.

The customer service is great ! There’s these two girls that are always greeting me. They look like sisters. Their mother taught them right !

I have my Business PO Box with this UPS store (Since 2013), and it had worked for my company very conveniently. The staff are very helpful and are extraordinarily pleasant . I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
