Safe and convenient with customer parking and secure entry. Everyone was polite and courteous. This was my first time there and all the other reviews were right! I had an excellent experience. Geoff (pronounced Jeff) is charismatic and as I waited (I didn't have an appointment) I could see other clients around me having great experiences as well. Even though I didn't have an appointment it didn't take long and I was happy with the cash in amount as well, everything seemed fair and appropriate. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

We met with Geoff to evaluate and sell our coins, currency and gold jewelry. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with Geoff and compensation we received. We drove over 70 miles to meet him and it was well worth the drive. He far exceeded quotes we received from Utica and Syracuse dealers. Thank you Geoff.

I went to Ferris to sell jewelry. Nicholas Jimenez was kind and polite. If he wasn't sure, he asked someone else to step in. He wrote everything down. They were very fair and, needless to say, I left very pleased. Highly recommend.

I was well aware that Ferris Coin & Jewelry had a stellar reputation, but I never had the pleasure of visiting the store, up until recently. After shopping around to a few stores to find the perfect engagement ring for my partner, we came across Ferris, and I knew that this was the place. Both of us got custom made rings with everything we asked for and the staff helped us to ensure that the rings would be secure. And they came out GORGEOUS. The selection was endless for a custom ring and we were able to get lab grown diamonds. We worked with Amanda Wuttke and she is FABULOUS. Such a kind person, updated us frequently with the status of the rings, and always made sure we were taken care of. I promise you won't be disappointed here! I have even made additional purchases here and have recommended her to all of my friends.

I have been dealing with Ferris Coin selling coins and jewelry for 2 years. They are honest, professional and very courteous. They know their stuff. They explain everything (what you have and what you are being paid for).
They go over and over the cost to make sure it is right and you are a happy customer. I, too, am skeptical when selling things to anyone. My family and I have dealt with Ferris and they are the best. We tried to sell gold and jewelry at other places before we knew of Ferris Coin and we did not sell and luckily, we did not. They offered half of the money that Ferris gave us. From our first meeting Amanda was attentive, genuinely interested, helpful and informative. I've been going to Ferris for years now. It started in 2012/2013 when I went with my uncle to pick up some bars of silver. I was given a 1972 2 dollor bill. That's when my coin/silver collecting started. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Over the years I've brought them anything I wanted to sell and they did right by me. Let's just say it was ALOT that I've brought them. I'm telling you now, don't bring your gold/silver/coins/jewelry or anything to anyone but Ferris. When I move ( I wish they would move with me) I will still ship my stuff to them to sell it. Hands down THE only place to take your stuff. Thankyou to the Team at ferris for being honest and trustworthy when it comes to selling my precious metals and coins.

My husband has purchased coins there and was very happy with his dealings, and the overall experience of the transactions. I love jewelry so I went with him to check out their collection, and fell in love with a new setting for my diamond ring. Brian was a total pleasure to work with and the deal they gave me on the ring was phenomenal! I know a lot about jewelry, and I loved his honest, candid approach.
