Just used the Hannaford-To-Go pick-up service. Went great! Order was exactly as I was told, and ready on time. They were out of a few things that I ordered, but they let me know ahead of time in an email. Order was organized, and bagged neatly. The staff member that brought the order to my car was very nice. Great experience. Will use again.

I've been to a lot of Hannafords across the state, this one is consistently well stocked and clean. Two things I appreciate in a grocery store. Great selection and great sales. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly as well.

Being from Ohio and now living in Florida Hannaford reminded me of the grocery stores I grew up with. I visiting Albany for a race and needed to grab some food for breakfast the next morning. Store was clean, workers were friendly and prices were reasonable.

The store is very satisfactory. They had everything I needed and their fruit and vegetables looked very fresh. Did not have to wait in a long line to check out. So I recommend this Hannaford

Great store with and excellent rewards program. Excellent selection of quality produce highlighting local producers ( notes on where they are from). Elder and disabled friendly with associates willing to help. Traffic flow is cumbersome especially at self-serve; these small areas and islands make a bottleneck especially during peak times.

Good selection of grocery items at fair prices. Store is clean and organized. Fast checkout with self checkout.

Hannaford markets are always clean and the people who work there are friendly. I really like how they have a fair number of self checkout registers. They have a fairly decent salad bar and the chicken wings (of which there are several flavors) are pretty good as well. I think their prices are generally better than the competition's. I wish they had a better international section.

Today I picked up a tenderloin for Christmas dinner. The guys at the butcher counter are knowledgeable and were helpful as always. And the beef tastes great. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask.

This Hannaford is the best grocery I’ve been to in the whole capital district. Excellent courteous and efficient service, everything is well-stocked. Employees are friendly and SO helpful, especially during the pandemic when grocery shopping was so chaotic. Best of all the Hannaford locations I’ve tried and blows Price Chopper out of the water.

Best meat prices. Clean, friendly, great staff.

It's a grocery store...but lately they have not had all of the stuff I was looking for...some of the shelves are empty. I don't blame them but if you are looking for light or heavy cream you may want to check elsewhere.

It was my first time at Hanafords. I was able to find what I was looking for very easily. The cashier was very pleasant and customer oriented.

Friendly staff , even prices , get the app for manufacturers coupons and some awesome ones fr Hannaford as well , they drop in Monday’s , just clip in app - save in store
