Hampton Diner

Great! Went for breakfast. I got Hash Benedict. Hubs got Ham & Cheese Omelette. Yummy, fresh and hot. Classic home fries. Service excellent, friendly and quick. Was very, very busy on a Saturday morning but that did not affect the quality of service or food. We didn't have to wait, seated right away. Glad we tried Hampton Diner and would definitely go back. 👍🏻👍🏻

Have not been here in a few years and they have not missed a beat. Service, food, everything top notch.
The salad I ordered was fresh and very good!

Warm & clean atmosphere. I went there to have breakfast by myself, however I didn't feel alone. My waitress was very nice! I highly recommend 👌

I was so impressed by the professional, prompt service we received at lunch on a Friday. Our server was upbeat, and he offered us coffee refills shortly before we ran out at least four times! The omelette was good, but the home fries were a little dry - if you like ketchup, you probably wouldn’t have noticed. Every meal I’ve had here was solid, however!

Yum!! Stopped here for a late lunch with some friends, and we all walked away satisfied. Service was very good, food came out quick and was hot. My girlfriend ordered a Ruben and it was massive!! Didn't get any dessert, but everything looked delicious! Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

We never ever stop here, and I really do not know why - well it is a half hour from the house - but when we are in the Newton area we will !

Breakfast was a god offering with rather nice sized portions and decent coffee ! As a plus they do make a very good egg cream and if you like it with extra chocolate, just ask - good stuff.

There is nothing that I can find wrong to report for a breakfast stop, other than it is a long trip from Vernon to Netwon for breakfast. Other than that you cannot go wrong here - good food, good portions super nice staff - I would easily recommend it if you are in this neck of the woods !

We met the kids for Sunday Brunch. Three generations plus their 4 foster children. We were quite the refreshing site.. Two 4yr olds, one 5yrs and one 6yrs. The Diner fit us in with no reservations and we were seated all together in 5 minutes. The staff works together like clockwork. Our meals came out hot and delicious 😋 I am thinking I'll order trays of food for our next special occasion and have the kids pick them up on their way up. Win-win 🙌 💪

We’ve stopped here multiple times before, and every time the food and service is exceptional. It’s a beautiful, interesting and welcoming diner, and it has amazing art/murals. The food is simple but unique and delicious without fail! The crew is friendly and helpful. Our server most recently, Craig, was outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful for my kids and I. Will most definitely come again!

I had the best pork chops! So tender, no need for the steak knife. Covered with mushrooms and onion in a delicious gravy, perfect with the mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal veggies. It's a 90 minute ride for us, but we'll be back in a couple weeks! I know it's "just" a diner... but the food and service is awesome.

A go to diner. I love this place. They always have kind employees, and absolute delightful food. Always cooked perfectly. Nothing is ever not cooked or overly cooked. This place is a masterpiece.

A great place to eat! They had just everything and the waitress ordered me something special because of my diet! Very very pleased overall.

Food was yummy... I had a chicken with avocado in a wrap... Place was full, so it should be a good sign that everything else was good. I live in New York City, only come near this place 2x a month... But I definitely need to make this Diner a stop when heading back to NYC. At least once a month... ALSO.. The waiter was great, I didn't get his name, but good service. Nice price range and this might not be a big deal for some... Especially in that area, but I'm from NYC ... THERE'S PARKING.. AND IT'S FREE. 😊

The crepes are really good. They also had quite a lot of variety, definitely better than some other local diners. They even have a wide alcohol selection.

My parents and I love this place. This is our go to place when my parents come visit. Everyone is super nice, hard working, and amicable. Oh and the food is always amazing. No complaints.

Super good, very clean, diner with well prepared food, and good service. The large menu is a typical diner menu with lots of choices. I had the gyro with fries and brown gravy on the side. It was big and well made. Super tasty, as was the pickle and Cole slaw, and especially the gravy for the fries.
She had some sort of salad and added chicken to it. It was so big, she brought half home for a later meal. Prices are good.
BTW they have a liquor license if you want a beer or cocktail. Nice desert menu.
Lots of parking, and we were seated right away.
It was my first time going here, but I'm sure I'll be going back. I highly recommend this diner for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Writing this because of the outstanding service we got from Sean our waiter. He really made our time there feel like we were at home. The food is always good but our waiter made this experience great! Thanks Sean!!!!

Hands down one of the best diners in Jersey. I've been going here for years. My daughter loves this place. Stop by If you're in the area.

I had an excellent experience. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever seen. I recommend one of the baked omelets. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.
