Target

This place is always clean, the team members are always respectful and well dressed themselves. I like the Good and Gather grocery products, they are usually low priced. I think that Target needs to do a better job in their grocery departments however (in most stores), but they do a great job in customer experience. Even if I know I may find what I am looking for somewhere else for cheaper, but because I usually feel more secure at Target, I (most of the time) go there.
Additionally, I used to work at Target, and they have great benefits/perks/discounts for their employees.

Very convenient for getting all the shopping done in one place. Very nice and affordable clothing for children. Staff on hand to help if necessary.

This store is so neat, it’s been amazing to see the improvement in this store in the last few months. It makes shopping here much easier.

They made the whole experience super fast,easy and we're right there to help me and we're super quick getting everything I ordered so I could be in and out in no time.

Drive-up service is such a treat! It's easy to order, easy and quick to pick up, and I didn't even have to leave my car. The Target Teammate scanned my app through the window, and then slid my bag into the back seat, through the window. It couldn't be easier!

Nice store with good selection in groceries, and a Starbucks inside.

Shout out to Andrew from Target in Colonie. Customer Service isn’t dead! Cheers to you! You saved my life with that juicer and that deal :)

the Security officer at the front door was polite,courteous and very professional. very well dressed as well. I love the fact you have remodeled the store and have state of the art video surveillance cameras. i feel very safe and secure in this store for that reason. i love all the staff they treat me like a king on a golden throne. THANK YOU TARGET FOR THE NEW INCLUSIVE AD,S GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!

One of the better targets around. Busy but always stocked.

In store pickup can be a pain sometimes but Target made it super easy. My item was available same day, the person at the cash register was super nice and it all took me under five minutes. I'll definitely use this service again

Target's to-go car service representatives at the Northway mall location are amazing. The Target app used to order works wonderfully for me, too. My groceries are always ready long before the 2 hour window, very rarely is anything not in stock (they let you know immediately via the app if an ordered item is not available), and this Target's car service workers are fast and friendly. I especially appreciate that Target does not require a time slot for pickup to be reserved as (understandably) many grocery stores do. My dog is very grateful, too, as Target's car service allows her to be my errand sidekick (she freaks out if I leave her in the car alone for more than a few minutes). Please commend your wonderful reps for their high quality service (especially for their attention to expiration dates - today I got a gallon of milk that won't expire for 12 days, which I appreciate). My only wish is that this Target had more groceries to shop. The groceries they do carry are high quality and very reasonably priced.

Kevin the ETL up front was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help rectify an online issue for me. Prior to the store I was online for an hour and the online person said they could not help me. When In the store he went out of his way to help me and call to fix the issue.

All of the staff are very helpful. They are very kind. They go above and beyond just plain old customer service. The last time I was in, I was buying school supplies for college and the cashier asked me if I was stocking up for school and we had a nice chat while she was ringing me out!

Literally my favorite store in the hole world! Great prices and Great selection! Without that store I would be hopeless.

My story: I went to target to get a few toys for Christmas and was AMAZED by the huge selection they had and I checked off all of the toys I needed. Not only that but I had to buy toys for 3 kids! The manager there should be proud about that store and so should you too!

Ian was exceptionally helpful on this visit, Ian was stocking personal health care products, but took the time to get an item from Stationary from the back (inventory stockroom) for me. They were kind, polite, and a pleasure to speak with while they worked.

We walked in. And I forget my mask in the car and there were some in entrance along with wipes. Thanks Target very handy. My family appreciates that alot
