The agent that worked with me and my wife was absolutely amazing he truly knows what he is doing and is highly recommended. Ask for kashiem when you go in the store he will make you laugh and smile as well as get the job done. Loved it

Kevin was great. Me and my wife were waiting for a while because the other sales person was busy with two other customers. As soon as Kevin came in, immediately asked us what we needed and proceeded to help us right away. I got the s21, Kevin connected the phone right away and placed the screen protector on for us very quickly. I will come back to this store for my future needs

I went to the store and I just love how nice everyone is. They walked me through my phone and even answered all my questions. When. ask for Dachena when you go there she's helpful and patient with every Customer and very professional .

Went in a couple of weeks ago to get a new phone for my mother for an early Christmas gift. Mark was so helpful in the entire encounter and let us know that due to the upgrade she had on her account, The phone was basically free.

I personally called Mark the next day and ordered a new phone and iwatch for myself. Mark was quick to let me know when everything came in yesterday (On his day off) and Mark helped me save about $1,000 total on the entire transaction. Showed up close to closing today as I was busy with work and Mark not only helped me switch everything over. He stayed late and seemed happy to do so to ensure I was all set before he left.

Five star service from top to bottom and I’ll be coming back to this location as long as I know Mark is there.

I did everything online and the next morning all I had to do was just go in and pick up very easy very professional staff was on point greeted you at the door nice place

Hussnain stayed until after the store closed to finish helping us Set up my new I phone SE . Great customer service overall. He went out of his way to call Verizon to complete setting up our store pick that I placed online for the IPhone Se that was still pending and managed to get the transaction completed shortly after the store closed. We are grateful that he stayed to help us. I love my new phone !

The Verizon representative was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He didn’t try to sell me more than I was willing to buy and he paid attention to what my limits were. Unfortunately the store does not stock a large variety of accessories for my iPhone nor my iPad. So I was stymied in my ability to accessorize like I wanted to.

I have been coming to this store for almost 10 years and every time it is a great experience. I would recommend this store to everyone who want to have the best service. the staff is very friendly, polite, and considerate of customers needs. They take their time to patiently go over every plan and explain all the pros and cons. Also, they àre teaching how to use a new device which is very convenient for people who are not familiàr with the most updated gadgets.
