Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care

I was delighted with this place. My daughter got sick after our vacation and I didn't want to take her to the ER because waiting time is crazy. I found this place looking on the internet and I called around 11am and they told me I could take her without an appointment.

The place was about 10 minutes from my house. This place is excellent when I arrive to the place with the baby the front desk took my insurance and ID and within less than 5 minutes we were call inside, I didn't have to wait at all where in other places you have to sit for hours. Then the doctor took about 10 minutes to come in the room and see the baby. I recommend this place 100%.Great place and great service, everything inside was so clean.

They are such an amazing place to go to! So kind, very attentive to the parent’s concerns. They time they take to attend a patient is so quickly and the wait room is always running smoothly. My daughter’s favorite part was the ice pop.
She loved the doctor and even asked her own questions, in which the doctor responded so well!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful communication was very good. Was a bit of a wait but they communicated very well before hand. It was only one doctor there which they had already explained why it was a wait. She was so nice sweet and energetic. Honestly I wish she could be my children doctor. Office was nice and clean. If they were a primary care office I would definitely choose theme as my children primary doctor

I had such a great experience here. They really live up to the name Kinder because the staff that were present were super nice and caring. They were efficient, didn’t keep me waiting and showed genuine concern for what I had to say. Everyone from the receptionist, medical assistant, and MD were excellent.

It was my first time coming here, & I came here a hour before closing & was still taken in. The doctor that took me was amazing I wish I would have took a name ! But he made me feel at ease with my son & answered all my questions. He was truly amazing. ( he had black hair & fair skin ). The ladies was amazing too. Definitely coming back.

The staff was definitely welcoming. The doctor was able to assess my son even though he was a bit resistant when trying to take his vitals. Hailey was so sweet where she gave my son stickers and ice pop after the visit.

This is my second time taking my daughter here. The first was amazing as this time too. The doctors truly care for there patients and take their time with each patient. Although they were busy and the wait was long it was worth it. My daughter was treated with respect. The staff was friendly which I really appreciate. They are also patient another plus in my book.

We have been going to Kinder Pediatrics for about a year now. This time my son had bumps on his feet, hands, and butt rash and we suspected HFM disease. We did wait a bit as there was only one doctor, but when she came in (Dr. G) she was very thorough checking his whole body, checking his ears and throat, and confirmed it was HFMD. She spoke softly and slow and answered all our questions even ones we repeatedly asked as this was our first encounter and we have a newborn at home so we were worried. We were there for about an hour and 15 mins total. Service was great although there should be more than one doctor because after we came in at least 6 new patients entered.

They took care of us quickly. The staff was friendly. The NP was very good, she even broke down the correct dosage amount I should be giving my toddler. The place was super clean. Overall great experience.

This place was fast, very welcoming, the staff was extremely friendly. They are way better than the Optum Urgent Care in Springfield I use to go to. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been here 3 times with my son and I have no complaints. However the staff I dealt with yesterday went above and beyond. It was a very scary time being a first time mom and not knowing what was wrong with my son. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for my family and I. From the staff member at the check in to the nurses and doctor. They took my son’s condition very seriously and were very attentive to the whole process. They were all phenomenal. They helped put us at ease and did everything they could to help my son. From my understanding my son had a condition that is rare there and they handled it so professionally. I cannot be more grateful for the staff. If it wasn’t for them I am not sure what would have happened to my son. I feel like they saved his life and I will never forget them.

The Dr that treated my daughter was so compassionate and knowledgeable. He is great with kids. The ladies in reception area very helpful as well. There is a wait time but you can step out and they call you when it’s almost your turn.

Our son had RSV and we were worried about his breathing. The staff here was amazing!!! They got us in very quickly and did the checks necessary to put us at ease. The doctor gave us great information. Great experience from start to end!

Short wait time and the staff was amazing. There was some issues with the pharmacy filling my prescriptions. The staffed worked tirelessly with me to make sure my son got his prescriptions even though it was close to closing time. It was evident that they all were committed to ensure my son received the best care.

First time yesterday night ! The doc and the nurse was very friendly and kindly. My daughter enjoy it not afraid at all. Loved that rooms has their own TV movie so, they can enjoy while we waited. We check in at 8:45 and we were out by 10 pm . Very appreciated to have someone around when they get sick last minute.

They were so nice to my 4 year old son who's autistic. He had fractured his thumb and was nervous but they were so sweet to him that it calmed him down. The doctor was also great. I didn't wait long at all because there were 2 doctors the day I went in. I highly recommend this location!

It was our first time here and we were in and out within an hour. Very polite staff and the doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable. Had prescriptions sent right away to our pharmacy. Good to have another option (closer to us) to take our child for any emergencies.
