My husband and I swapped from Sam’s to BJ’s and I can say I love BJ’s more. I LOVE the customer service here! Never had a problem. People in bakery are nice. Also my sister and I was checking out in self check out, my son is a very cranky baby and was crying. Erica walked over and started talking to him to calm him down till we finished. Helped me so much!

I had a somewhat complicated membership issue and Michelle at customer service handled it professionally, kindly and very efficiently. She gave me her time to be sure I understood how to use the card to my best advantage. I applaud her as a great asset to BJ’s. Thank you Michelle!

Bigger than some other BJ's I've seen. It was busy, so we used the app to scan our stuff and pay. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

This afternoon I went to BJ's Optical Department & had the pleasure of meeting Monica & Tina - they were both great to work with! They both went an extra mile to meet all of my optical needs. I purchased new Aviator frames with the very best in progressive lens. Also, met with Onack who assisted me with great success & Ericka who assisted me in check out. The final person I met was Miss Bev who was so pleased & greeted me with a wonderful warm smile & thanked me for shopping at BJ's in the Albany store location. Overall it was a most positive shopping experience & I left a very happy & satisfied customer! I'm looking forward to my next visit to BJ's very soon!

Can't beat the benefit of buying in bulk. Lots of coupons active all the time to add to the discounts so use the app as much as you can. Best part for me is checking out using the app and just showing my receipt code to the staff on the way out. Can't beat it.

Prices are awesome. Coupons for even more savings . There are a lot of options for diet challenged, gluten-free, corn free, kosher options, oat, and almond milks. Vegan options. Happy shopper.

Best fastest checkout options un the area. Get in and out fast 👍👍🤩🤩💥💥. Lots of self checkouts.

A few months ago they set up an Express Pay option where you use your smartphone to scan items in your cart, pay and check out. For up to 20 items. So great when I just need to run in there getting a few items in a hurry. They still have to skin your barcode for your exit and they may check a few couple things. Still a very fast process.

This is a hard-working staff and since Covid there's been difficulty in keeping staff levels up in all these sorts of stores. And the people working here are helpful as much as they can be with resources stretch so thin.

I was in need of an item that the BJ’s app said the store had, but was not in the isle. I asked Devon for help and he walked me to the isle and started looking. He used his hand held to look up the item in the inventory. He saw that they had them and began searching each isle for them. I ended up moving on and as I was about to check out, Devon showed up and handed me the item I had been looking for. I was very appreciative of how he went out of his way to make sure I received what I was looking for and didn’t stop looking until he found it.

You the man Devon. Give that man a raise, he’s one of the good ones.

Grocery shopping is a chore, and you surely could make it more pleasant if you offered maps of the store. At times we go in circles trying to find what we need. That said, we shop there due to your excellent buys, and the personnel are among the friendliest. Thanks for asking.

I went to members services to get my BJ'S card and Ms. Bev helped me. She is the perfect example of customer service. I loved her. She was so friendly and kept a smile on her face. I was so comfortable with her, it felt like I knew her for years.

Excellent place like the fact that during this epidemic they are open and doing everything they can to avoid contact for everyone weather it be an employee or customer . Yes the lines to check out was long but also moved quickly and kept all involved safe.

I am a fan of BJ's. It's my go-to place for a lot of organic foods and wild caught fish (mostly frozen). I also have their credit card so get their gas at 10¢ off a gallon.

I love shopping in bulk, and on top of it have found some really cool products here. The electronics section is surprisingly extensive (and NOT expensive, lol).
