We are very, very pleased working with John A. and the team. They worked so diligently and professionally. John was very clear, communicative, pleasant and professional. Their work was performed very very professionally. I'm a facilities manager and work with trades daily. This team is top knotch. Did I say that they were very professional.....

Jon was very professional, efficient , friendly and understanding. He explained what he did and showed me where the new parts were located on my sump pump and battery backup system. Everything looks clean and operational.

Joel and Kumar were wonderful. They checked the electrical panel and outlets and recommended that since we get many power outages, that I get surge protection for my washer since one of the last outages fried the control panel. They also advised me that the washer outlet should be a GFI. They were both informative and easy to talk to.

Maurice was so helpful and explained how to remove the mini split filters for cleaning if I felt they were dirty before my usual service call. He was friendly and professional.

I requested a service online because i had a slow drain, and a very nice personThe called me and set up the appointment for first thing in the morning! They advised me of the price upfront without first seeing the issue so that i would not be surprised with a high bill! The cost was also great! Scott was technician who came to my house and he did exceptional service! He looked at the problem and fixed it and gave me recommendations on how to prevent this problem in future! I will definitely recommend them to anyone

I called The Service Professionals again but this time because i had no heat in my home! My boiler basically died on me.. sigh! However, they came that day and explained everything to me and the problem and the next day they came and installed my new boiler and even offered space heaters for the time being! I had already had them so i didn't need but i loved the fact that they offered them! The company is great and is fast, reliable and efficient! Now my home is nice and warm and i have a new heating system which should last a very long time!

We called Service Professionals to give us a second opinion on some repair/replacement work on our heating system. Victor & Wyatt were knowledgeable and friendly. Carlos installed an EV charger at my house and he did an amazing job. He was super professional, gave me all the proper paperwork right away and kept the work place clean. He looked into all the small details and answered all of my questions.

Chris, from Service Professionals was very detailed in reviewing the pricing scenarios of the 2 estimates he shared. He reviewed each line item and asked if I had any questions, which I did and he answered. Upon answering he asked if he had addressed my questions to my satisfaction. Very professional, very courteous.

Quick response and very professional. They charge a dispatch fee but it is put towards the total price of the job if you agree to work with them. Before they started working they gave me the total price and explained what they would be doing. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and I believe the price was pretty fair.

We had used Service Professionals for a sewer line replacement a few years in the past & were impressed by their technicians & the quality of their work. Today needed a condensation pump replacement & Victor arrived later this same day. He was very helpful in resolving our issue. Additionally he explained their home partnership plan. We realized the value of servicing offered & signed up. Happy we found a good & reliable company who we can call without question when we need help with our home HVAC plus plumbing & electric. Victor was great & we hope to see him next time, although I'm sure all Service Professionals technicians are all on top of their game.

I recently called them to service my furnaces. Amanda, who took my call, and others involved in the scheduling and dispatch process kept me well informed of the anticipated ETA. Chris was punctual, neat, prompt and courteous. After completion of service, they informed me of subscription programs I could avail of that could be beneficial to me if I continued to avail of their services in the future. I appreciate that all they did was provide information and did not try to hard sell me on anything. A couple days after completion of service, I experienced a minor issue with one of the furnaces. I text messaged them, and they responded immediately, offering to send over a tech the very next morning, to address the issue. Victor was equally customer friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. He addressed the issue promptly, made some recommendations, and left me with information I could review. This is certainly a company I expect to call upon again to service my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

Scott & Kevin arrived promptly as scheduled. They were thorough and resolved our drainage issue. The entire process was a pleasant experience and their professionalism is to be commended!

We had an issue that was really hard to resolve. We were really frustrated. Service Professionals sent us Victor and he was totally the tech for the job. He was also really nice, respectful and happy to discuss the details which I always appreciate.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

I'm so glad that this company started advertising on the radio! I've used them for 2 electrical projects so far, but most recently I have to say that John A. did an excellent job repairing inside wiring at our home. He arrived promptly and as expected; he was courteous, very knowledgeable, and he made a very neat, clean repair of wiring in our attic that actually improved what was there before. It cost a little more than I expected, but I think we absolutely got what we paid for.

The return steam pipe to my boiler suddenly sprang a leak one morning. John Q from Service Professionals arrived before the end of the day - very impressive given that this was during a busy part of year. He explained exactly what needed to be done, took measurements and gave me an estimate. He returned 2 days later and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my many questions and explained all my options for further service. I would definitely recommend Service Professionals and John Q.

John Q the technician was informative in providing the necessary information needed for the maintenance of my heating system. He further explained the maintenance program that would be beneficial in the future. His professional conduct and his knowledge and expertise is instrumental and an asset to your company. Dave came and did a full electrical inspection of our expansive church building and rectory. He was thorough and explained what he was looking for, what he found and answered all questions in an understandable way. He found a few things that he could immediately take care of and gave us an estimate for a possible warming system for our basement thrift shop. I had a problem with one zone of our heating system leaving our 1st level cold. I called Service Professionals yesterday afternoon and they scheduled me for this morning between 10am and noon. They call me at 9:30am to reconfirm the appointment. Then the repairman arrived at 10:30am. He looked and acted very professionally. I showed him around and he went to work. He resolved the issue fairly quickly and was out. This was a way better experience that I'm used to having with contractors. Great job and thank you!
