Converse Store

The Converse store by me closed, so this was the next closest one. Staff was very helpful, shoes were well organized, and great prices! They were able to check to see if a pair of sneakers you wanted was in stock with a scanner, very helpful. If you sign up for their emails, they will give you an additional 10% off code. There was a mistake on the price of the sneakers I chose, but they honored the price since it was on the end. No hassle, great service...a great place to shop.

Called the store and spoke with Kimberly, the manager. Very polite and respectful woman. Anyhow, they didn't carry the specific shoe I was seeking in store, so she very calmly presented me with a few options to resolve my issue! Thanks again Kimberly, I hope you get all the things you deserve!

We came here for Memorial weekend sale & staff were amazing, the manager was greeting each guest & thru the walkie talkies in ear she was saying: make sure to greet every guest & ask if they need help! That was inspiring...that's the only reason we stayed in the store so long because the staff helped us find a pair of shoes 4 my teenage daughter! Thanks so much!!!

I walked into Converse and right away someone asked me if I needed help. The saleswoman directed me to the area the Converse shoe was. It was a pleasure to be served with such good service. I thought the day of good customer service was dead, I thought wrong! Thanks to that saleswoman I now own a pair of Leather Chuck Taylor's, by Converse!

You need to go here for chucks. Go to the Jersey Gardens mall in Elizabeth. If you can not find or they do not have the chucks you want online check this place out.
