Extra Space Storage

This place very professional the person that works there the staff that works there very professional I would recommend to others. The manager has been very, very, very polite, helpful and very honest. We need more people like that so this review is based on the managers performance the staff performance, very good. Customer service been very helpful again I would recommend this place to be a place to go so the building staff gets five stars. I wouldn’t feel safer any other place.

Alex was very helpful and have such friendly attitude every time I visit. He also assisted me with elevator service I had requested due to a knee injury. I appreciate him and suggest him to be considered for a raise or at least a bonus and company recognition. Thank you.

The reason for my five stars is because the representative (Alex) was very informative. I understand to the point whereas I can inform others. Next, whenever we call he Pops up like Houdini. He never leaves us waiting. I feel like I'm the most important customer. He is very friendly. I wish there was an Alex at most of the places I do business at!

Tina is hands down one of the best employees at Extra Storage. She is helpful and was the most resourceful person during my entire experience with storing my stuff here. Not to mention how patient and understanding she was of my situation with getting there in the nick of time.

Alex really took care of my friends and I as we moved my things both in and out of my unit. He helped with equipment, directions and operating the elevator. I’ll always appreciate the ease and kindness.

I went to my unit and needed to put in and take out some small stuff, but was unable to get into my unit and my lock malfunctioned
I panicked due to my time limit l called the office and Quan responded quickly l was able to be on my way quickly. Just wanted to let everyone know he was my hero on that day.

Tanya was great. Moving out has been hell but she was so helpful and made everything so smooth. She has been nothing but patient and I'm greatly appreciative. I will recommend. She was the highlight of the day.
