Kung Fu Tea

I have been coming to this location for a long time. It’s always fast and the customer service is always good with helpful staff. During my most recent visit, after I left the store, I immediately dropped my bubble tea. Totally my own fault. They saw what happened and replaced it and helped me clean up the mess. What more could a repeat customer ask for!

I love this place. It is hard to find bubble tea places in NJ, and this saved my life! Super friendly, clean, and chill. The selections are good, and expected because it is a chain. The only thing I would suggest is to add a 10% sugar option. Right now, the little sugar option is 30%.

It is very relaxing place to get bubble tea and sit down with friends. The workers behind the counter are so nice and very attentive. I ordered a large Taro Milk Green Tea with Boba & red bean and felt great after drinking it. Prices are very moderate and don't charge you loads. I will be coming back again!

This shop has such a good atmosphere. kiersten was my server and they chatted with me to keep me good company! Thank you Cozy Tea!!

This specific location I highly recommend to NOT order from there. Me and my wife ordered today for a pickup. When we got home, her drink wasn't fully sealed and everything fell out. Mines was sealed wayyyyy too tight to push anything through and it was already cracked at the bottom (didn't notice until we got inside). When I pushed my straw through finally, the whole cup collapsed on itself. Long story short they need to re train the employees on how to properly seal people's drinks. We did get a refund but that's not sufficient enough for me to continue this franchise. No thanks

Update 10/06: they have gotten sooooo much better and the staff is on point with the orders. Haven’t had a mishap with the sealing situation ever since I got an apology from the manager and a promise to Re train the team. Im literally a regular here now every night to get boba for me and my family. Appreciate y’all following up and improving so much!

I love going to this place. They always have my drink in stock. Passion fruit lush with mango boba. It is true what some of the reviews says about them barely having things. But as someone who used to work in the area. This is the location the high schoolers from the area go to get drinks. So if the drinks are sold out its because of it. There rewards system is great. If you order thorugh online you build points towards free drinks.

I ordered four drinks through Doordash (Coco Cream Wow, Coffee Wow, Lychee Punch, and White Grape Punch) and all were great. Each cup was filled to the top like it should be and the flavors were sooo good. I loved the Coffee Wow. I will definitely order from here again if they keep putting out great product. Wish they sold food though lol

The service was fast. The clerks were very helpful in helping me figure out what I should try out, seeing as it was my first visit at the store. The tea that I chose was delicious as well, and not all that expensive. 3 bucks for a regular size tea, and 4 bucks for a large. I'll definitely be going back!

I love ordering from here. My scheduled drinks are always on time. One of my favorite places to get bubble tea.

Kung Fu Tea is my favorite bubble tea chain and this location did not disappoint. I have visited multiple times ordering a different drink and I have been very pleased with each visit. I really love the high ceilings, high window seating, and the walk way in between KFT and Bonchon. Friendly staff and delicious bubble tea makes for an enjoyable experience. :)

This is a nice Bubble Tea joint to come and chill we stopped by and picked up our favorite coconut milk tea super delicious. They’re very nice and enjoy providing great service.

More variety than the Millburn location, and same great service and quality in the drinks. I can't get enough of the drinks, hot or cold! The shaved ice is also delicious!

The bubble tea here is always top notch. Friendly and quick service. Great quality. You can really taste the fresh tea flavor and the toppings are amazing! I love the mago tea with the lychee topping!

Just recently found out about this place and I'm really glad I did! I didn't think there were Boba tea places in Central NJ because I've mostly seen them in South & North NJ.

It's great for a quick stop and there are so many options to choose from. If you're new to Boba Tea then don't worry because the staff is very friendly and answers all questions. I really appreciated that about the staff.

Then as for the place itself, it's kept very neat and clean. There are tables and even small high tables to sit at. As for parking, when you reach Kung Fu Tea just take a right down the one way street and on your right there is parking lot if you do not want to park on Stuyvesant. The place itself is connected to a Korean BBQ restaurant called Bonchon which I recommend as well.

Overall, I would recommend coming here with friends/family because the atmosphere is calm and friendly. Not only that, but their drinks are awesome as well. Important note: There's a Kung Fu Tea app so you can rack up rewards with the more visits you have. Who doesn't love free stuff and boba tea??

Love the location close to my hometown and the many choices of tea** love it. Staff are friendly and help you out when not to sure which flavor to pick. If you are in the mood for bubble Tea...this is the place to pick.

This place is one of the newer places in Union. Low tables for the little ones. Bar stool set up. Unisex rest room. This location is also connected to Boncho so when you enter into Kung Fu Tea you can also walk directly into Bonchoa restaurant.Great place for kids and teens.

Better today than last time I was there. First employee: "Hi, how may I help you?" Me: "may I please have example?
First employee: " oh we don't have any more bubbles"
2nd employee said "what are you talking about, we do have bubbles" then the first one who took my order said "well we're closed anyway"

First time trying out the bubble tea and let's me say it was Soo good. It's a bit far from my house. So probably won't be coming back. Unless I'm in the area. Highly recommend it

Great mango Green tea. Everything was tidy and fast paced.
