Avery was on time, professional, very friendly and polite. He performed routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He took special care to remove his shoes when entering our house. I thought he was a very nice dude. I feel good knowing our HVAC system is in good hands in case I need further assistance. Ed P was the service technician who came to the house today with James and Aden. They called ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ed explained that an old pipe had to be replaced in order to do the whistle replacement that was needed on our very old oil tank. They sealed off openings to the outside so no critters could get into the house. I would recommend them for your home fuel needs.

We had Woolley install a new home A/C unit in July and recently a new Rheem furnace when we converted from oil to natural gas. Great work on both jobs with with very timely follow up and a quality installation at a fair price. We would certainly recommend Woolley, Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. in sales and Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. in installation.

Visit by Ed on May 14, 2024 to install separate shut off for furnace to test pressure and pass Town inspection. Great job by Ed. Furnace continues to work great.

Chris was very thorough explaining what the issues were and how to address them. Very patient and trustworthy. Zack also did a great job locating and defining the issues and stayed until everything was explained.

Furnace was not heating our house, Zack arrived quickly after we called and carefully diagnosed the issue- I am really happy with his suggestions and also that he gave us two options for a solution. He thankfully was able to get the furnace up and running again quickly while we wait for a more permanent solution. Rates were reasonable too! Thank you Zack!
