Had large piece of freight shipped through them and couldn’t get it delivered to my residence due to my schedule. Called the terminal, arranged for me to pick it up whenever it worked out. Excellent people to deal with at this location. Friendly and willing to help you with your needs.

These guys have always been great. When I have shipments arrive at their dock, they always promptly call and schedule pickups. Special shout out to Loran. Professional and very pleasant to work with.

Have had cabinets delivered twice in a month by them and they are prompt, polite and have gone the extra mile. Would recommend.

They ripped off a single mom (with health issues) moving from WV to WI. They didn't try a second delivery as they promised, and I had to rent a truck and hire a couple of helpers to go fetch the ladies possessions. She was without them for a week. They refunded her $150, but it cost me over $200 to straighten up their mess. NEVER use them or their subsidiary---U Pack.

Menasha is a city in Calumet and Winnebago counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 18,268 at the 2020 census. Of this, 15,144 were in Winnebago County, and 2,209 were in Calumet County. The city is located mostly in Winnebago County; only a small portion is in the Town of Harrison in Calumet County.
