Don was the associate that helped me during my recent visit. He not only helped me find some items I was unable to locate, but he also saved me more than $50 on my purchase. That was a nice unexpected savings.

I had to get some wedding documents re-printed because my online order didn’t flow through to the store correctly. The manager Brittany was so amazing - She reprinted them on nicer paper than I had ordered them on, and even pre-cut them to size. Great customer service.

This specific branch is rubbish. I had my work printed here and the supposed manager is a first-class racist. She could never work on my prints. If I gave them a 0 star rating, I would definitely leave them. I don't recommend them.

Have never gone to Office Max for my own supplies. Yet today I needed resume paper, so I stopped on in. At the register I had a cashier named Don. He was the nicest guy, signed me up for the rewards program, asked me about my summer and what I am doing for college, and genuinely cared about my response. This guy was such an amazing human, and definitely deserves a raise. Thanks so much for your help Don!

Was assisted by Roxanne, the GM with printing a return label/mailing an item and she was so kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Very obvious she likes her job and is so good at it. Thank you so much!!

The service counter in the back of the store punched and spiral bound my very large stack of papers into a nice book for less than $7.00 tax included. What a bargain! This was done for me in probably ten minutes while I shopped around the store.

I stopped in the Appleton location for office supplies and was able to find exactly what I needed, while assisted by courteous employees.

Employees here truly care about their customers and you can tell they take pride in Providing a pleasant experience for us. I’d like to personally show recognition of the nice female in the print section ( back of store) who was super accommodating ! And also to the older gentleman who checked my items out in front of store who was very efficient and kind enough to give me a cute fabric baggie for my items !

An excellent place to find personal office, business, and school supplies first hand. Typically, the staff will help and actually knows more than you do! (Such as Gabrielle from Sales and Copy/ Print Specialist she knows her job 100%) I can not speak for you, but I prefer seeing what I am purchasing before actually buying it. This is my number one reason for shopping here! Secondly, it is with certain printing projects I have. They do a good job with both IMHO.

IT is so nice to still have a location to go to and shop. I did order ahead of time and pick up was very EASY, but it was also nice to shop around.
