Food came out hot and tasty definitely coming back to this location they made sure I had all my sauces with
my tenders the restaurant lobby was very well clean

I'm giving 5 stars because not only is the food good as always, I want to commend the workers here tonight. It's dinner rush, I've been in the drive thru line for a half hour, but I expected as much given the time and popularity. I'm not so concerned with that. I do want to give a shout out to the employees here who, once I reached the window, could see are working as fast as they can to get everyone's orders satisfied properly. The lady who took my order, Erica, was very sweet and apologetic.
Just wanted to let them know they're doing great and I appreciate their work!

Today may 8th 2022 they were super super busy ran out of chicken and didn't have change and these to men were running their butts off. Only 2 men working. They were very apologetic. They said 16 min for more chicken and I waited less then that.

I've heard they just microwave their food, and they let food sit-out unrefrigerated. I've also had bad experiences with their staff, one particular employee we'll call "T", charged me an extra dollar - luckily I noticed and corrected him but I think it was on purpose. Also their chicken is mostly just tendons and bone - nothing great. I wouldn't recommend their mashed potatoes either, they were acidic and gave me HIV-aids. There prices aren't very economical either, being super expensive - I had to bring the "large sack" so to speak, to pay their exorbitant prices. Also the colonel had slaves so don't eat here.

It wasn' t a very bad experience to sit on a chair and wouldn't being able to stand back up. My sister left a smear of fur onto the chair as she ripped her jeans off the chair to stand up. If you see a furry chair, that is my sister's chair. Feel free to take a picture with it :) If you are someone whose butt would easily slide off of a chair, then this is the place for you. Overall, great service, wonderful fried chicken, sticky chairs.

Fried Chicken because I love the original recipe chicken they have. There are some stores I have been into that I wish they would take a little bit more pride in the chicken they prepare. I'm 64 years old and I was raised up on Kentucky Fried Chicken my dad and I we ate buckets of it all the time. So I know how it's supposed to be. I don't want to be too critical but I would like to see folks do a better job. Take pride in the chicken you fix man it's America. Kentucky Fried Chicken is a tradition. So please take pride in what you do. There is no fried chicken out here they can touch Kentucky Fried Chicken when it's prepared the way the colonel designed it to be prepared. But still even on its worst day it's still the best chicken love Kentucky Fried Chicken I couldn't imagine life without it. Bless you people at Kentucky Fried Chicken God bless the colonel God bless my family and God bless United States of America and go troops.

Ordered a 10 pc hot wings and was told it was going to take 10 minutes to make, no big deal to me, wasn't in a rush, and the lady probably felt pretty bad but I wasn't worried about the wait, but she still offered me biscuits and even threw in a few extras wings. Very outgoing!

So this place has its problems like any restaurant, but the employees make it a great place. I love Ernest he is always polite and really seems to care about his job. I also witnessed a manager helping along a new crew member and being nothing but positive. People will complain about short staff like they can help that. If it weren't for the employees there doing their best there would be no kfc in neenah at all.

Very kind staff and super fast drive through service. Solid KFC food, hot and got our order just right!

The drive threw was bussy but was moving pretty good...food was clean, neat,good and hot still after I got home...looked like everyone was doing there job and getting the food out....

I’ve always been satisfied when stopping here. It’s nice to have an accessible location near highway 41. Drive through is always quick. $5 meals are great (for fast food).

Best Chicken Pot Pie. Big chunks of breast meat throughout covered by a buttery, flaky crust. Very filling and just $5. The crew is great, too. A definite do-again.

This place was frustrating, unorganized with the orders and did not get them right. Wont be going back ever again! First impression was terrible! Need to do better ladies & gents! Needless to say, I got a refund and walked out!

I don’t really like KFC but there was something about this location that was different. The food was fresh and tasted better than what I remembered. The service was also really good and the restaurant was clean.

Wanted a meal with 4 thighs & 4 breasts and lo and behold they were able to figure it out! Tried the same order at menasha kfc and they were unwilling to even try. Thanks KFC Neenah!

Really? It's KFC! My buddy Bill Loooooooves coming here when we go out for a car ride. He's 84 and knows what's good. Two words... Extra Crispy!

They made a mistake on my order last week so they gave me a free replacement tonight. Both times the food was good.

I've yet to have a bad experience at this KFC location. Even with likely short staffing the customer service is always great.

The service was great, the guys who work here are awesome!

Drive through only open so it took a bit to get through. Not disappointed in my food though. Excellent as always
