Fox Convenience

I don’t normally leave reviews for gas stations, but I’ve lived down the street from this place for most of my life. It’s kind of been the go to gas station for many years. They have friendly staff and have always been a sound and reliable spot for all my fuel needs.

James saved us on a road trip this morning. So amazing to go above and beyond to help with our stuck car hood latch that we couldn’t drive with! Great job staffing James and thanks!!!

The cash register wasn't working that day...huh??? Changed the signage! Looks great. Love this gas station...one of the gambling machines has not worked for a couple weeks.

Quick service and professional yet friendly. Has a variety of items for all kinds of needs. I like it!

Employees are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. One thing I would suggest is having the staff clean more. The coffee island smelled like mold, and there was dust on a lot of shleves.
I see a few individuals that seem to be working hard and then there are a few who just stand behind the counter or in the office, even saw what appeared to be an employee off the clock loitering for a few hours behind the counter and in the office. Idk if that's company policy to allow loitering of employees off the clock but I wouldn't run my business like that, or allow them to talk about customers the way I heard her cussing about a customer asking for help from her.

The employees are always very patient and friendly explaining the one concern I have. This is the only gas station I have to pay at the pump or pre pay inside. Not normally an issue unless I would also like to make an in store purchase. The solution, explained by the employees, is to do the math and estimate how much gas I'll need and how much it will cost. Then pre pay the amount I think should cover it and if I pre-paid to much the overage will automatically be refunded. If my math skills need some work, and If under estimate, I'll need to go back inside for another transaction. I could pay at the pump, and then go inside for a second transaction... to me that is not always convenient, nor do I expect less expensive for the gas station that pays transaction fees when I use my credit card. Long winded I know. An average rating for less than convenient experience.

Went in there and could hear the manager being very rude and yelling at a subway employee when she did nothing wrong. This isn't the first time it has happened either. She's very mean and rude to a lot of people.
