Today I went shopping with my boyfriend for some new running shoes that we both desperately needed on the one day we were able to have off together. I live out of state and was not expecting the craziness of a NY mall approaching the holiday season, so to say it was crowded was an understatement. We didn’t really know what we were looking for and needed to take the time to try different shoes on and spend the time to make a decision on what to us is a large purchase post pandemic. Let me first say-the entire department was working hard to keep up with customer demands getting pulled in every direction interrupted by other customers with other department questions etc and handled it with professionalism and poise. I have worked retail for years and know the demands the holiday season brings. Now to the real reason I am taking the time to write the review-KIMBERLY. Kimberly in the shoe department was next level amazing. She juggled every customer with ease, was so polite and understanding to all, and made every effort to go above and beyond to solve any customers problems. The thing that made it especially memorable is that although we said we were just looking, she would continue to check in on us for the hour and a half we were there, and ALWAYS addressed us by our names “How do you like that fit Kevin? Rachael did you want to try on a similar pair like this..” etc Like even though we were quietly trying to find shoes that needed to be best bang for our buck and tried to keep out of everyone’s way, she made an effort to give us our space while making sure we were taken care of if we had any questions or needed to try other options. Because of her attentiveness, it ultimately led us to make a purchase we hadn’t planned on deciding that day. She was literally the lead waitress of the department and kept everything running so smooth. When I found the manager after to commend her efforts, I was shocked to learn she had only been with the company for 4 weeks. In case I don’t get a survey emailed to me, I wanted to attempt to leave feedback here. A new hire like that for the holiday season is a diamond in the rough, and I truly hope her efforts are noticed because she is a true asset to your company and will be considered for future advancements. Thank you again Kimberly for all your help, kindness and efforts for making this crazy, post pandemic holiday shopping season, brighter.

The store is cool but Jodi, the running ambassador in the shoes section is the best. I’m running my first marathon this year and she helped me pick out the perfect shoes and gave me all kinds of advice on sizing and what other stuff I should get. She even gave me some tips on my race. If you’re running any kind of race I definitely recommend you stop by and pay her a visit.

Huge store with varieties of choices for different sports.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has a great selection of products for everyone, and they also have sales on various products and brands from time to time. I also like the “Pick Up in Store” option, and it saves me money. I can pick up my order at the local store and return items there just in case. I highly recommend visiting this store on your next shopping trip!

Mark the cashier was extremely helpful. He helped me with my purchase of a yeti cup and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the product. It was a good customer service experience for me today.

This store was so busy, but I got helped really quickly with my sneaker selections and checked out easily as fast on the second floor. Super friend staff even though they so crazy in there with shoppers. Definitely going back to this location.

Jose in the golf department made my shopping experience at this location excellent. He helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me some golf tips along the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and got me dialed in with the perfect set of irons for my needs. Even better than any golf pro shops I've been to in the past. Thanks again Jose!

Just spent an hour and a half trying different irons in the golf department. The associate, Jose, could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was as positive an experience as I’ve ever had. Immediately told my buddies about it. Fantastic service.

My mother and I went here today looking for wrestling shoes and knee pads. An employee named Aaron helped us order some shoes, and helped us find some knee pads. He was very helpful and we thank him for helping us. Our experience was top notch because of Aaron.

Ton of great outdoor wear and sportswear options from pretty much all the major brands. Displays are always kept up to date as the seasons come through and rare is the day where I've seen a blank shelf. This place is almost always my first stop when I know I need something for an outdoor event.
