I was looking for a realtor to sell my childhood home in Wauwatosa on behalf of my 90-year-old mom who moved into assisted living. We preferred to work with someone unknown to us, in case something went haywire or unexpected along the way. Instead we made a new friend! Beth was a godsend! She is easy-going, flexible, smart, enjoyable, friendly and most of all SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! Everything she told me would happen, happened -- we received SEVEN offers the first weekend the house went on the market, accepted offer $21,000 OVER asking on that Monday and closed within just a few weeks. Beth took care of ALL the details including providing reasonably priced referrals for any work that needed to be done -- i.e. furniture removal, landscaping, basement repair, etc. -- and personally shoveling snow for access! All the while putting my mind at ease. Stop looking further and hire Beth -- you won't be disappointed.

Beth was extremely responsive and answered all our questions and then some. She went above and beyond to help us find our first home and then sell it a few years later. We couldn't imagine a better outcome and trusting Beth was the best decision we could make.

Beth is incredible! She made the process of buying a house so easy and enjoyable. It was always so nice to see her and talk with her. She is not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. Beth did an exceptional job to sell this property. Because the house was an older home we had to do some updates on the home. In 2012 i put my Milwaukee home on the market with hopes to sell within 6 months. I had the misfortune of purchasing it when home prices were on the rise and in a buyers market. I worked with another realtor representing Keller Williams on a referral from a neighbor. During the 6 months I worked with this realtor I never physically met her, it was only her "partner" that met with me initially in person. I received very little feedback and most communication was done with short texts recommending that I lower the asking price. I was never offered good information as to what in her professional opinion it should be lowered to. I got so fed up that I asked to cancel our contract but this was never done.

After the contract expired I ran into a friend that was also selling their house in Wauwatosa and recommended Beth. I met with her promptly and she gave me a market analysis and recommendation for what the proper asking price should be. She had my husband and I look at the comparable sales in the area and we agreed on lowering the price to get it sold. I had several showings and received constant updates from either Beth or her assistant Wendi. Their was even a link to allow you to see how many people viewed your home on the website, called in about it or viewed it on the TV program. The difference in service between Beth and the prior Keller Williams realtor was unbelievable.

While my home was pending the sale, Beth skillfully negotiated with the buying realtor and minimized the demands of the buyer. The closing itself was very convenient and I did not have to take time off of work. I was allowed to sign the day before.

It is rare to find a person who is knowledgeable, compassionate and skillful. Beth has all three of these qualities and more. I would never recommend or work with another realtor!
