Macy's

I always take advantage of star days at Macy's. And I absolutely love their clearence section, we always find great deals. And with the star money I bought even more things and they came out to be free! Love Macy's. Get their credit card, it's worth it!

Great selection of popular name brand handbags & purses. That was the only department I visited on this trip. Previously, I found some nice clothes & values in Macy's Backstage department.

Good layout. I like the newer modern feel. Good sales.

I can’t describe how thankful I am to Gloria she is one of the best employees. She was very helpful in the men’s section. She went above and beyond.

It was great looking for real leather jackets. Found 100% vegan jacket. Ditched the whole mall couldn't find any but one. It was a leather Moro jacket. Looking for something more clean lines no excessive snaps and zippers. Macy's had the only one vegan jacket. I decided not to buy a leather jacket since to hard to find one. But Macy's had a lot of nice things.

My wife was super excited there was a Toys R US in here ;)

Toby in the fragrance department at 345pm 3-8-23. She provided the best service I’ve ever had not a usual macys customer but will be from now on. She wrapped the gift I bought and did it wonderfully and was happy to do it give her more money and a promotion

Love love this store! Got to sit and have my photo taken with Geoffrey statue in Toys department. Found lots of delightful toys. Department was very clean and well organized....as was the whole store!

Shopping at Macy's and was extremely confused about discounts, sale prices, promotions...etc. I had the nicest and most helpful Sales Associate help me through the entire check out process. Thanks again Redelan 💕

I went shopping with my daughter-in-law. I could have soent a few more hours and a lot more bucks! Good sales and great stuff.

Very clean store, came from 45 mins away, called to have an item held for a few hours until I got there. I have been in search of for many months and they were the ones to have it in stock, it was a super quick in and put process, even though another item caught my attention and I purchased it.

Awesome customer service. We had a situation where a member of our group left a shopping bag with a cell phone in it and the Macy’s staff, particularly Shea went above and beyond to locate it and accommodate and Ariana at the AYS desk was so helpful and friendly. Super grateful. Keep up the great work guys!Recommended!

Great experience returning an online purchase. I walked in the store and the first worker I saw offered to help me and completed my return. She was very friendly and efficient! In and out on my lunch hour! Highly recommend this store!

I was very impressed with the men's section. Went in for pants and found exactly what I was looking for. Guys working at the register weren't friendly but selection was good.

This review is not really for the store but for the employee. I worked with Mr Andrew today. I was tasked with finding my husband a new colognr. This is hard because he has to want to wear it and I have to want to smell it. Walk into the department and started checking out what was on the counter. I was asked if I needed help and was candid about the situation. I was asked about his current and even the colognes he had before. With this he was able to narrow down thevsearch which ended in finding my husband the perfect scent that he and I (kind of most importantly) can enjoy. Thank you sir!!! You made it so easy to find the right cologne! I will be back to see you when I myself need a new perfume! Thank you thank you for your help today!
