I visited yesterday evening (8-21-23) with my son, we had travelled over an hour to get to Fox River Mall and after already hitting the play center and lunch my son was way overtired and not behaving as well as he normally does. Being around that many people in that environment is hard enough for me but even more difficult with a child. Giving 5 stars to Emma personally, she approached me and asked if she could help me find anything, mentioning that she could see I was anxious. She continued to make conversation with me which helped a LOT, and even picked out a beautiful blue/green dress that she thought would look good on me (alas I’m short and it was way too long) comforted me with a hug, and gave my son a squishy frog to play with while I was in the dressing room trying stuff on. An actual angel on earth who does way more than her job requires and has a way with people. I appreciate your kindness and sympathy towards me

I was in the store today (12/17/20) and there were two young ladies working - I'm sorry I didn't catch their names so I could mention them directly. they were INCREDIBLE. The store was busy and they were polite, worked quickly without making customers feel rushed. The store was tidy - and they were super sweet. I don't often leave a store feeling like I would totally want to go back and hang out there, but I did today. They felt kind, and like they genuinely cared for their jobs - that is so rare these days.

I'm a frequent visitor to this location and Store Manager Jess has always been amazing everytime I go in. She's a huge asset to the company and corporate should be proud of their decision to make her a great leader. Her knowledge on your products has been a huge help everytime I go in.

Stopped in today with my daughter and her service dog. The staff greeted all 3 of us, gave us the Store sales details, made our entry very comfortable. The icing on the cake (and the part that made my daughter smile) is when the cashier asked if the service dog could take a break for a treat! The store was already one of our favorites. This definitely adds to why!

1st time in the store today. Absolutely impressed withe Jessica and her willingness to show me around the store . She was very friendly and great with my kids . We will deffanly be back soon :)) we all enjoyed the experience.

My wife and I love this store, they have so many unique items for sale. The store near us closed down, so it was nice to see they are still around. I have been here several times and the staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be shopping here again!

It's always a joy to shop here. The staff is always upbeat and inviting. Also I am a size 16W and their XL Clothes fit nicely for a curvy women. I can always find my something trendy here. Love love love!

I love it!! Every time, I went there and enjoy it even I tried budget myself to choose stuff because I want all! 😂 I likes the staff are so friendly and patient when I told I am deaf so we can use gestures in the communicate! ☺

Some of the best service. Something for everyone! Great place for gifts! Lots of lovely clothing got woman and some for men too. High quality salt lamps and exotic collectible pieces. Love it. Most people do.

This is one of my favorite stores & I have shopped there many times. I usually enjoy the young people that work there and the atmosphere but the woman today that waited on me was quite abrupt and rude ..she appeared stressed....big difference than my usual experience.

Love this store. They have a variety of items that are always changing. They also have items that when sold also donate to various clean up projects.

The manager was working and chatting and being super sweet. I love going in there cause it's always positive vibes.

Fun place to go, have a wonderful selection of offbeat products. Cool clothes, lots of New Age stuff, dragons, jewelry, etc. Just a neat place!
