Love this store! Worked here when I was very young. Always shopped here throughout my entire life. Best prices and value with awesome selections and friendly helpful staff available to help if needed.

I received outstanding service yesterday from Robyn and Jane at the Appleton store in the mall.
They were both very attentive and interested in helping me find what I was looking for.

They thought outside the box and we eventually came up with a possible solution.

Thanks to you both for your kind assistance.

We traveled an hour to get to Penny's. Love the store. Wish it was still in our town.

Had my hair done at the salon. Travis does a great job.

Staff was helpful and friendly, guided me to the right place.

The store is clean and organized well. I was there for a winter coat on sale and was not disappointed when I found one 60% off.

I enjoy a store when there isn't too much on the rack and the racks aren't too close together.

They have so much amazing stuff and there are plenty of checkouts easy to find. The clothes and other stuff they have are well priced in my opinion, they aren't to expensive and there are some gems if you look for them. I love going here everytime I visit the Fox River mall.

I called to get help for an online order that wasn't going through, and happened upon Gisell in the women's department. She was so helpful and took the time to go online with me over the phone and lead me through the order. So appreciative!!!

Don't go here often, since it is 3+ hours away. A lot of nice products for men, women and home. As well as kids clothing.

Deb was amazing, she was honest with her comments. She was helping me and another lady in the fitting rooms to find the perfect outfit for our different events. Deb also gave future tips on how we could build off of what we already bought. Her customer service was phenomenal. I wish more people were like her.

Got there, and they have some great sales going on!! The staff is helpful and very nice.

I go here to get my hair cut. Good selection of merchandise if you're shopping. Pretty decent prices. I know they used to have a good big/tall clothing section. Not sure if that is still there. They carried a lot of suites in large sizes. They have a surprisingly large selection of appliances.

Brenda was absolutely awesome! She checked in the store and on line to find items I was looking for in the sizes and colors I wanted. She made me feel more like a friend than just another shopper. Because of her friendliness, I will be back!

Great! the BRICK & MORTAR came through today and offered what on-line shopping could not -- the ability to HANDS-ON select (for quality) from a variety of white work shirts. additionally, the check-out gal was aware of an online coupon that saved me a little more $ on top of the sale price.

Was visiting the Appleton area, and staying by my daughter's apt. One decided to go to the mall and asked me to go along, so I went. I have been to this mall many times, as we have lived near Appleton most our lives, so was happy and go there again. JcPenney was always a good store to shop at and did not disappoint this time. Got a few things and they were on sale. Got there on the right day, can't pass on a great sale.

I had to do a pick up an order @Penneys& decided to look around. I found several tops on sale for birthday presents coming up. They usually have % off deals which makes prices to good to pass up.

I went to JCPenney on February 27, 2019 to purchase a watch. I ended up buying two watches. I was assisted by Jessica in the jewelry section. She was very professional and friendly. She was most helpful in assisting me in adjusting the watch band for a perfect fit. Her costumer service/people skills were such that I felt compelled to write a review stating how positive my experience at JCPenney was because of her. We need more people like her in the retail business. She obviously loves her job and it shows in the positive vibe energy that she exhibited.
