We had a wonderful experience buying new living room furniture. Annastasia helped us and she is amazing! We love that we weren't hassled or followed around like at other stores. She gave us suggestions when we asked, helped us pick fabrics and rugs, and even made wall color suggestions. She convinced me to go out of my comfort zone of very neutral fabrics - she suggested a pop of color in an accent chair and it's perfect!! She is truly gifted with putting together colors and fabrics, and is just so sweet and nice too! She reached out periodically to give us updates while waiting for delivery. But every day of waiting was worth it - it beautiful and VERY sturdy and well-made.

Purchased a power reclining loveseat. I worked via text with them for a day and then got approved for financing, told the rep what I was looking for in my range, and she came back with 5 options. I then came into the store and selected one she had sent me. I have been ordering items from Valeri for the past 17 years. The owners are great and are in the mix of sales/service/delivery. Today the owner helped move in my heavy loveseat and was surprised he was still moving furniture. Loved the service, the options and the delivery and I guess that's why I keep going back. Easy to work with, good quality compared to other places we shopped. Wo egg led with us changing our delivery date multiple times because our house completion date kept changing, with no problems at all. Very happy with our new living room furniture

Exemplary service. They went over and above any plain furniture store. I was able help choose my purchases before I went out there. When I was there the sales girl was helpful and she couldn't have been nicer. They gave us great prices and delivered within 3 days. Extra effort on their part to get my furniture delivered in a short time when I really needed it because of a quick move at the month.

Wonderful experience purchased a sectional over 5 years ago & Valeri got us brand new cushions today. We love Valerie furniture!!! We went to buy a new couch set a few days ago on new years Eve and after purchasing our new set I got home and had a memory of us buying our last set from them 6 years ago! And when it was delivered i also had a memory from 6 years ago my old set being delivered! Bought and delivered in the same anniversary!!! Valeri furniture is always friendly helpful and have great furniture! With six kiddos in the house I need stuff that isn't going to fall apart right away!! We purchased from them fibe years ago! Furniture (couch and love seat set) are still holding up amazing especially considering we have three boys who believe the living room is the cebter ring at the Circus! Financing was quick and easy. Delivery went smoothly. Quality is amazing and the color has not faded. Fabric we chose is easy to clean. We were even given the option to choose any color throw pillows and even to have the accents and color changed. We loved the display model as it was and went with it. This year we are updating bedroom furniture. Will review again.

My experience with Valeri Furniture couldn't get any better. Amanda was great and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. It also shows alot when the owner is part of the delivery crew! I purchased the couch and bedroom set on Saturday and it was delivered to my house on Tuesday morning. What a great experience I will tell everyone to go to Valeri first!
