Excellent job cutting a key for a 53 year old classic car. Another Ace store tried to do this & wouldn't use the X37 blank I told them would fit my lock cylinder. They cut the double sided key & a single sided for almost 10.00 total. It did not work. The Northland store cut the double sided key in about 5 minutes. Northland keys cost 1.99 single & 2.99 double. That's 1/2 what the other Ace charged me. Great job Northland Ace.

I've been looking high and low for an item for a while and finally found that Ace Hardware carried what I was looking for. However, after going online and realizing it was not in stock, I called the store directly and spoke with Elsa who was super helpful and able to order what I was looking for from a store in Eau Claire, WI that will be shipping the item to the Appleton store for me to pick up. Just wanted to give Elsa a shout-out for her superb customer service and making my life easier! Thank you so much :)

The people there are very nice and respectful. They will try to answer questions and/or help you find an item they may have. The pricing is a little higher than the big "M". However, by the time a person drives to the other stores, they've spent more than they would save. I will return in the near future.

Rich was amazing!! I recently purchased a snowblower and had it delivered it to my home. Rich explained in detail how to use and care for it. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Customer service at its finest!

I first went to this Ace in 1976...the current people staffing the store, while not quite up to the gold standard set by their predecessors...are friendly and helpful.

This Ace Hardware is conveniently located close by to my neighborhood. Everybody is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I also appreciate the fact that I can drop off UPS packages there.

The customer service on the floor helped me find what I needed for Christmas decorations. Every time I come here, it is because my local Ace may not have the product, and this store has a wonderful staff.

Great outcome, accomplished what it was suppose to do: quiet door operation , closes off air leaks, inhibits bugs and mice. Took only 1 1/2 hr. for a 74 yr. old female. 2 tools necessary; Thanks to Ron at Ace for the encouragement to try this project!

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They ask what they can do for you when you walk in the door.

I feel like I overpayed, but it was also a magical experience. Dimensionally, spatially, there is no way they have everything you need in that tiny space. And yet, they do. And there are 3 staff for every customer, so if you give them a list they will split up and travel across their pocket dimension and find any objects you desire in short order. Go there just for that - again, in a word, magical.

I needed two outdoor faucet valves repaired. I first looked at a big box store, hoping to save money. No luck, so I went to Ace. The helpful hardware man found what I needed and installed the washers for me. The charge came to about $2.90 and worked perfectly.

I got what I went for, which was shower curtain hooks.
But was shocked at the price of 4.99 because I think I could have gotten them cheaper at Fleet Farm, Walmart, or even Home Depot for that matter.

Love this hardware store for the people. Yes, the store is great too but is a typical hardware store aside from the people. Employees are always ready to help answer questions and friends as I normally have at least one toddler with me.

Service & assistance is superb. When you don't have a need for box of screws & bolts, they will do their best to find a match or better.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Always have what I need and more.

I planned to only buy a mower, but decided to add a grill because they were helpful and could deliver both items together. All staff I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff is amazing here! We were greeted by 4 different staff members, offered help with the package we wanted to ship by 3. They helped us prepare the package and gave us the shipping receipt while making comfortable conversation. Any time I need to mail ups I will be going here. We also purchased 2 plants and the staff helped to make sure they wouldn't make a mess in our car. LOVED THIS PLACE! We will definitely be back!

Best ACE in the valley, covid friendly check out, staff super friendly! Soon as you walk through the door, you don't even need to look for what you need, the workers there will bring you right to the item (items) you are lookin for, good hometown business 😉

I needed a T20 to remove a keyless chuck; they had a great selection of bits and bit holders available.

They've also been a great help as I slowly replace the old roller blinds around the house.
