The Niagara Falls NY location is first rate, the manager is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, assist customers, fast checkout, and service with a smile! Great store to shop at!

I'm a frequent customer printing files for my small business at this location. The staff at the print counter are always very friendly, and always take care of me. The other day there was an error on my part in one of my files I made three copies of, and they didn't charge me for them. Now that's customer service.

My salesperson was Amanda and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

I love their good quality office/school supplies . I still have the 2 desks and chairs I purchased for my kids over 10 years ago. I plan on buying new chairs soon as they are starting to wear show wear and tear.

Amazing service and friendly comfortable atmosphere

Thank you to the store manager (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) for your wonderful service and thoughtful attention today while I was buying an office chair. Excellent service and support and the whole experience was a pleasure. I don't shop a lot but look forward to going back for whatever office needs I may have in the future. Front door parking was convenient too! 5 stars!

I never have to wait very long before an employee approaches me and asks if I need help finding something. I really appreciate this. It makes my shopping experience so much more pleasant.

Went in to use the self service copier and it was so easy! There were simple step by step directions right on the screen so even a total bonehead could figure it out with ease! 10/10 would print again!
