The end of a horrible day! My card was declined! Was at my wits end. The cashier and her supervisor were so kind and shut down her line so I could call my bank. Was just a glitch. I was so embarrassed, and my anxiety was through the roof! They were sweet and patient. Never once acted like I was just trouble, oranything. Wish I'd have gotten thier names. They deserve recognition! Great prices, variety, and caring employees. 👌

We come from Canada once every few weeks, prices are more for most products when you do the exchange compared to Costco in Canada. We go mainly for gas, chicken (fresh or frozen chicken fingers), they are much cheaper than Canada. We also buy beer and coolers as well, plus other items we find. They have some amazing desserts, the individual cheesecakes are amazing and a great price at $18 for 6. They had great deals on electric scooters the last time we went, looked like they were clearing them out, they had a Segway for under $200. We bought a membership on Groupon but it was a pain to setup on the app because it needed an American address and credit card, in the store they sorted it out. And don’t forget the food court, it’s the cheapest food you can buy, not great but not bad for the money, pizza with a drink for under $3, big sundaes for under $2, the kids love coming here for the food.

They copy/pasted the layout of your average Costco and did a pretty okay job.

Store was clean, shelves were stocked, and staff were about as present as a Costco (if a bit less happy-looking). Can't really ask for more than that.

Went to get my granddaughter a Birthday Cake had a great selection even bought a 30 pack Cupcakes for a great price! Everything I need is always in stock. Great prices and good quality.

Fast & easy. Large selections. Only downside is there r not small things for single people.

Had a delivery at this location and was 45 minutes late. The gentleman in the receiving was really nice about it and unloaded my trailer in 15 minutes. Thanks JP

Always love going to Sam's Club! Great prices and finds. Plus the cafe!!!

The prices are competitive and the sales are excellent. Even buying in bulk you save more on the unit price than other local stores. I enjoy the seasonal supplies, and if i need something that is not in-store, i can always order online and have it delivered. The scan and go is convenient and allows me to have limited contact with people and items.

Always have what I need and many things I buy anyways.

Love Sam's. Alway fund something new. Quick and easy checkout. Love the pizza combo at the snack bar.

Everyone at the Niagara Falls Sams club pharmacy consistently does a phenomenal job. The entire staff can tell when customers are having difficulty or are stressed when not feeling well and they all work synergistically to help make things as seamless and stress free as possible. Did I mention they manage to always present themselves with a smile and a kind understanding professional tone? It’s why we drive out of our way to bring our business to this Sams club, it’s the pharmacy staff.

It's just like a Costco nothing special.

Great store for bulk food and supplies. They also have a good selection of seasonal items of good quality. There's a membership fee but it more than pays for itself after just a few trips of shopping there.

Like a grocery store on steroids. So much to see here. Perfect for spot to buy groceries for large families or, someone who preps food in advance and freezes.

Also have a great clothing area and a ton of outdoorsy / seasonal stuff too.

I'll keep it a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐star as long as Sam's continues with their amazing app and premium services!! I love not having to wait in line and having pick up services on the real busy days. The premium benefits pay for themselves. Literally. In Sam's cash.

A very wide selection of: food, baked goods, office supplies, clothing, baby supplies, snacks wow snacks in quantities! Cosmetics & pharmaceuticals. As well as automotive accessories, tires & batteries!

This Place is the best place to shop at! I have had many good experiences. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Today I want to recognize Donna! I have been a customer for couple of years now and every time I visit the store I see Donna working very hard. From answering questions to filling fridges. Today she was fulfilling orders. And let me tell you she was non stop. I just wanted to tell her that she truly deserve the recognition today and everyday. Keep up the good work Donna!

Friendly helpful staff. This store is very busy and staff will always take the time to help you! Selection of items in store is great and store shelves are always well stocked. Also if something is not on display just ask one of the friendly staff and they will take it down for you. The store offers powered mobile carts and ask the cashier if you need help loading your purchases in to your vehicle. They will help! A great place for your shopping needs!
