Rio was a gem very friendly associate and very informative need more men like him

im from canada but almost every weekend come to the states for shopping and i always go to this 7/11 and the african american gentleman behind the counter (didnt catch his name) is really funny and full of energy. now i usually dont post reviews but he is the reason my girlfriend and i go to this location whenever hes there he always has us smiling and laughing, great guy

Convenient location but offered no bags for all of the late night drinks and snacks my family purchased.

Nice experience today with the cashier. She was very polite and patient with me and had a short conversation while cashing out. This location is very convenient for that shopping area and tends to get very busy so it was refreshing to not feel rushed.

Coffee is very underrated and way less than your Tim's, Starbucks, dunkin and ur not waiting in long lines. Other than that.. always friendly people during the day and afternoon.

Had no problems, was in and out after getting gas.. got a couple snacks, the prices were fair.. The cashiers seemed nice, would definetly come back.

I used to.like this store the manager Laura was always so personable efficent and friendly then she became ill and left, Other staff always friendly and respectful always had my favorte blueberry coffee on in am...Store was clean..I went in daily twice a day..Night staff super efficient...
However I had words with a new manager there who is not friendly does not know how to do lottery machine and has made many mistakes...Many complaints from others who went in there daily ..She says to me 1st day on the job..Iam not doing this every day oh really its kinda like your job!!! Hello...
Mean spirtited unfriendly glad there are stores on each block because I donot need to go there and I have heard she has banned me from the store..guess she dod not like being held accountable for her rude attitude oh yes and I did wish her well @ her new job called her a witch and left I donot need her every day either blueberry coffee available other places and more efficent lottery ppl too...this is 711 on 81st and Niagara Falls Blvd.

Good people make for good shopping experience
