Lotus Nails & Spa

I really liked this nail salon! They were ready for me as soon as I showed up and took their time doing my nails and they turned out great! Also hugeeeee selection of gel colors! I loved that I could book online & the staff was very helpful & reached out to let me know about appointment changes due to the lake effect snow we’ve been getting! They do only take cash but there is an ATM inside! Prices are really good compared to salons in the Buffalo area! Here is my before and after (they did not do the before nails!)

I’ve been looking for a go to nail place in the north towns ever since moving here from Hamburg quite some time ago. Each place I tried has come up short in one way or another. I’m not overly picky (at least I don’t think). I want my nails shaped well and I’d like them to last a couple weeks without chipping or breaking. I found Lotus Nails and Spa on Google while searching for places. They had the best reviews out of any of the places closer to me. After reading some reviews I decided I wanted to book an appointment with Ivy. It was super easy to book online and see the availability for the services I wanted. I was able to get in fairly quickly. They by far have the best color selection for dipping powder out of all the other salons I’ve been to which made me happy. I showed Ivy a pic of how I’d like my nails shaped and she nailed it 100%. She didn’t rush me but didn’t take too much time while seeming to be meticulous about her work. I’m very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back as long as they hold up well for a couple weeks. I’m looking forward to trying a pedicure there soon too!

The appointment was wonderful! My nails look amazing and I paid less for these than some other more basic designs at other places! Everyone is friendly and inviting! I'm so happy with my nails I've already booked my next appointment!

I just wanna be completely honest I’ve never gotten my nails done here before I usually go somewhere else I did my research I looked at all the reviews and decided to go with Lotus and was I pleasantly surprised I’m not gonna lie. It was strange that there wasn’t a whole lot of conversation, in the nail salon, I used to going in and chatting the whole time but the awkward silence was well worth the outcome I haven’t been this satisfied with my nails since my wedding day 15 years ago!!! Don’t get me wrong I’m not a complainer, and even if I didn’t like my nails, I’ve never made a fuss because I know how hard it is to do It’s not easy. It was impressive how much time they took to make sure every detail was right I look forward to getting my nails done here forever I guess!!! I wish my memory would let me remember the girls name because I would love to share it!!!

I will be going to Ivy as my nail tech from here on out! It’s a very nice peaceful atmosphere inside, all the nail techs seem very sweet- I go to Ivy and she is very kind patient & doesn’t make me feel like a burden for asking questions or needing help finding out what I want done! Which is hard for me to come by- definitely recommend them!

This is the one and only time I have ever been completely 100% satisfied with my nails!! ****IVY**** was the absolute best, her steady hand and precise work absolutely remarkable. She really takes pride in her work and is absolutely worth the time and money $$$ 😍 you get seated right away and it’s a chill environment. Ivy made me laugh, she’s cool ok go to this place

The staff are nice and they have many nail polish colors and charms. I would go again and Recommend this place to people. I loooove my nails

I have been coming to see Ivy for about a year now. Every time I leave with exactly what I’ve asked for. I’ve shown her pictures of what I want and she can always recreate it with ease! The salon is always clean and the rest of the staff is friendly and willing to help. I also love how many color options they have and the ease of making an appointment online is why I started to go there to begin with. I’ve added some pics of past dip nail jobs I’ve gotten done over the last few months.

I've been here a few times and am happy every time I go! Whether it be a simple gel change, or full set with design; they have always done good. I had a gel change today and was in and out in 30 minutes.

I can't say enough about this place, I have come here quite a few times and have had pedicures done by a few different nail techs (nothing against anyone, it's only about what fits in my schedule) and every single time has been amazing! Today I had a pedi done with Jess, she took her time and turned my claws back into toenails (okay they weren't THAT bad).. I haven't been feeling well so this was my treat to myself and I'm so glad I took the time to relax. If you haven't tried Lotus yet, you definitely need to. It's clean, relaxing, and everyone is very friendly.. Spoil yourself, make an appointment, you deserve it!!

I brought in a picture and she does her magic! I’m never afraid to say to her do whatever you want! She can be trusted with your nails!!!

Vivian was super efficient and pleasant. Even basic pedi had extras like massage and hot towel. Love that you can make appointments online and the follow up by text and email. That they will take appts on Sundays is rare and much appreciated.

Mia did a really beautiful job. She paid close attention to detail while also getting me in and out within a reasonable time for my fill with gel polish. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Switched to Lotus for the first time after having not great results from another local nail salon. Incredibly impressed with my nails and will absolutely be booking with Grace again!

I love this nail salon. They always do a great job. Highly recommend. Note - 1) you should book an appointment because they tend to be busy and 2) bring cash to pay. They do have an ATM inside.

Every time I get my nails done they are perfect! I love that Ivy pays attention to details and measures the length on each nail to match both hands. My nails are always filed into perfect coffins and her attention to detail is truly unmatched! I’m very meticulous when it comes to my nails and she does an awesome job every single time. Nothing bad to say at all! Love this place!

Mia did an amazing job in my acrylic French tips. She is my new go-to nail tech!

First time at Lotus… Just had a wonderful pedicure and my husband had his toe nails clipped. Everyone was very friendly, and I will definitely ask for Louis next time for my pedicure.
