Great customer service! I'm from Canada but come here to pick up Halloween decor since we barely get anything and they're always more than willing to help me take what I buy to my car. The line for customer service can sometimes be long but they really try to move things along as fast as possible.

It's always a good experience whenever I visit Home Depot. They are very familiar with their store and can assist me with finding whatever I need every time! Destiny Morales has helped me numerous times! I hope that doesn't go unnoticed as she's a huge contributor to my satisfaction!

I will be honest in this day and age the orange vest doesn’t exactly mean what it used to mean technical knowledge sound opinion and most importantly confidence the job will be done, but with all that being said the staff at this Home Depot is absolutely amazing they help me with finding the right product and even took time to help me figure out how to accomplish it. I appreciate them and you should definitely give this Home Depot a try.

It's a home depot, I bought some materials to put up a wooden fence in my backyard for privacy and to keep our dogs from fighting/yapping with our neighbors dogs.

I frequent here a decent amount and am generally satisfied with it.

You will find what your looking for there that's for sure. I buy alot of my house plants there. They always have fresh poinsettias during holidays, reasonably priced and a good selection at this time of Xmas decor.

My husband and I were just in to purchase a vanity, every employee we encountered was so helpful and knowledgeable. Angela helped us find our vanity we needed , another employee was fast and efficient getting our vanity down and lastly the Manager or team leader at the front self checkout went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you!

New to shopping for DIY . I had to ask loads of questions. The staff were great and very helpful. Struggle to use their card reader several times one lady staff member Indra was so understanding and helpful on multiple occasions

Huge store full of stuff for any home renovation, outside and inside.
Has things for everyday customer and for contractors.

Excellent customer service. I asked a young man for help finding a specialty battery. He couldn't find it, so he asked his boss. When she couldn't find it she called the store manager. Eventually he found them. Though it wasn't hundreds of dollars that I spent, it was really nice how they looked until they found what I needed. That's what customer service is. I want to thank you.

Greatly appreciate Their policy on returns specially with the pro account. Very convenient for most items I need for my business.

Only complaint would say the pearl customer service Desk Never really want to ever assist always seems like anyone's bothering them when they get approached.

Prices and selection are much better than Canada locations

Staff were very helpful with questions and assistance getting our appliance off the shelf.

Stopped in the other day to pick up a couple of items. Very impressed by the number of staff in the store and how friendly everyone was. I was greeted by every staff member and asked if I needed help numerous times. Kudos to management and staff on being so focused on customer service!

It is nice to have a large home improvement store near us. Customer service is always top notch, they go above and beyond to help you find what you need. It's great too that they don't try to oversell products but do offer friendly suggestions for project continuity. Plus, they have much more than just lumber, pulmbing, and building supplies, i.e. cleaning, pest control, automotive, seasonal, hard to find items and specialty products. They offer DIY solutions plus a team of building professionals to help with interior remodeling. All around, it's everything you could need for your home or business'.
