I visited Niagara Costco and last minute thought I would ask a wireless associate about my upgrade. I am so thankful we met Travis! He's so knowledgeable and friendly! We really appreciated how he explained the entire process and all details. It was such a positive experience, not only did I upgrade my phone but my husband canceled his current provider and upgraded his phone same day. Travis - you are a gem!

Getting a new cell phone today at Costco was such a positive experience and Caesar went above and beyond to explain everything from the brand of cell phone to the best plan to suit my needs. It was a busy day, with many people waiting to be served but Caesar took the time to make sure that I understood all the terms of my new plan. He was very patient with my numerous questions and he made me feel valued as a customer. It is this type of customer service that speaks volumes for the company that he represents and ensures customer loyalty. What a very nice young man. A definite asset to the company! Travis set us up with a great rate for our cell service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and the set up was painless. We certainly highly recommend going to him at the Costco booth!

Jake was amazing! His knowledge was great. He took the time to actually write numbers down on paper and show me different plan scenarios which is good as I am a visual person. He smiled and took his time with us, even though they were busy. Kudos to Jake for an amazing experience. I'll definitely bring my business back to him!!

Was looking for a cell phone for my daughter for Christmas. With all the black Friday deals going on the wait to speak with a sales rep was over 2 hrs. When my turn came Travis was extremely helpful. With it being so busy there was multiple people still waiting and Travis was accommodating and helpful to them without missing a beat completing my transaction. Best customer service I have received in a very long time!

Great service as always! Returned a handful of times over the years for new service/phones because of the high quality customer care. Have never gone back to store brand for plan/device upgrade after coming here. Travis was great, took his time, explained everything and never pressured to buy anything. Great guy.

I hope you know who you are guy at the costco kiosk in st catharines that was there with us untill close. Collin will put a lock on his phone like a CIA guy should lol

We waited quite a while but we saw the staff asking those walking up to register for the queue. I appreciated that they weren’t taking walk up customers when I had registered on-line for my spot and was waiting. We were in Niagara Falls and “Sunny” was SO helpful and got our plans going quickly and seamlessly. We’d recommend this Kiosk and it’s staff

Very helpful in finding the exact phone I was looking for. Also looked for best possible pricing on a Rogers plan for my husband & myself.

Went to the Roger’s store on fourth ave in st Cathrine’s. Honestly total waste of my time. Stopped at Costco Niagara Falls a few days later expecting the same experience. All I can say is wow both plans have been changed and saving me money walked out with a new phone new plans for my daughter and myself. Thank you Cesar for all your help and professionalism and actual care in getting this totally knocked out of the park.

Very organized , being how busy it was for the Black Friday deals! Staff was great , felt he got me a great deal for my phone and phone plan .. he was struggling with his computer, system was very slow from everyone's big buys .. he / we made the best of the computer delays .. wish I caught his name .
