Papa Johns Pizza

Papa Johns pizza is very well made. Great crust every time. I love mine cooked well done. Prices are ok better to use app.

We are regular customers. Service has been good for delivery and pickup. The pizza is delicious.

Jordan is an absolute gem! Her beaming personality made it so much more than a takeout pizza experience. Papa John's is so lucky to have her on their team!

I just want to say that nowadays you can’t expect a lot out of customer service but Bubba totally delivered.! He was so kind that I felt like I had to give him and the whole crew Christmas presents. They were kind of goofy but they were from the heart. I really appreciate them!!!

Ordered online, it said it was going to be at least 2 hours. Less than 5 min after we ordered, they called and apologized about the wait but they only had one driver and asked if the wait was okay or if we would like to cancel our order. We didn't mind the wait. Despite being very busy and I bet a little stressed from being the only driver, she was very nice and in a happy mood when she delivered our food. The guy who called was named Jake, not sure what the name of the driver was but she was great :)

Outstanding customer service! We have to get carry out because sadly, we're out of the delivery area. However, when there was a mix up and didn't notice until we got home (happens to us all) that we were missing a pizza. We called to correct this and just had to mention it and they said our pizza was still there. They apologized and offered to drive it to us! It is too far and for a busy night, understandably, we had to go back for it. We barely said anything more when Robert Ferg, corrected this perfectly! It amazed me the way he handled it because I don't feel as though many places do this level of customer service anymore. He offered credit AND made a fresh pizza since it would be longer for us to go back! Robert was so polite and should be recognized for knowing what customers appreciate and how to keep business from patrons. The way Robert Ferg (I hope I got your name right!) handled it, put a surprise smile on our faces! Thank you, to you and your team for above and beyond service!

The GM Rob really knows how to treat his customers!! Recently I ordered a pizza and sides, thought delivery was taking awhile turns out I made a mistake and set my order for pickup! being as i dont have a car i couldnt do pickup, so cancelled the ordre because , a few minutes later Rob called me! he called me and apologized for a mistake that wasnt even his but he just felt so bad he personally covered the charge and gave me my exact ordr! how amazing, he made my day to say the least. 10/10 pizza 10/10 customer service, forever a papa johns lover!

Pepperoni stuff crust pizza you guys!!! Unbelievable! I had onions and peppers and more pepperoni! Perfectly cooked. Was absolutely amazing. No MSG either.

Huge wait tonight for some reason; 45 to 75 mins on a pick up order! But the food was hot, delicious, and served with a smile, as always! It's worth full price, but there are always awesome deals, like the 25% off we got tonight. The best chain pizza, bar none.

This is our first time ordering from here. In Wisconsin. First time in a very long time I have experienced A Perfect Pizza. 10's all the way around. We ordered the new papadia and jalapeno poppers as well. Very good job. From order to pick up,(even checked to be sure my sauces we with the order). A Perfect pizza.

I order carry out because delivery time is usually too long.. Great customer service my food is fresh and ready by the time I get there. I’ve dealt with a guy named Robert Ferg (it said that on his hat) every time I’ve gone there. He has an awesome personality which makes me enjoy coming in to pick up my food. However on Super Bowl Sunday my experience was disgusting to say the least. A guy named Zack was working the night I got my carry out. His attitude was horrible, obviously didn’t enjoy his job nor being there. I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a “hi how are you” and the way he talked to the 2 employees was beyond unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable I left WITHOUT getting my food. Now when I want carry out I call and see who’s working before I place my order. Hopefully this issue gets addressed and you have workers that actually like their job and their customers!

It's a small location but they are usually very quick with making your order. I just ordered a cheese pizza for carryout and it was ready before the estimated ready time, which was nice. The employee have always been friendly too.

Rob was absolutely fantastic! He helped me find the right products for my last minute dinner plans AND the team had it ready in a reasonable amount of time! Great customer service! My order was prepared perfectly and exceeded expectations!

Great food, really like the bread/dough they use. Garlic knots are our favorite. Fast order delivery each time. No issues with food

The manager was so nice he'd realize how far I had come and he fixed my order with no problems. The staff was very kind and patient and understanding and helpful!

The wings are probably the best in Appleton not even kidding lol pizza always fresh and you get garlic sauce and pepper with each!

was given the wrong order. called and explained to them that i had been given the wrong order that was not to my address. they replaced what i actually ordered and it was at my place in no time. very helpful and friendly
