Found a beautiful bed set, reasonably priced,and the sales woman helped me pick out sheets to compliment it.

This store is ok. They sell these washcloths that my family, and I love. Their workers use to be so rude, however that has changed tremendously... they are very pleasant, helpful, and patient. I gave them 4 stars because even the customer service has improved a great deal, the smells in this store are loud, causing me headaches. So before I enter I make up in my mind what it is that I need, and where I need to go to get it.

The only reason I gave even ONE star is because 0 stars is not an option. I purchased chairs from Bed Bath and Beyond/Overstock a couple of years ago. I bought the warranty so that if anything were to happen, I could replace the chair that is broken. Ha! One of the chairs broke and it has been over 4 months since I made the initial claim to Guardsman (the warranty company) and I still have a broken chair and no solution. They have come out to my house and took pictures themselves and then they said they have no pictures. I have since made over 60 calls and emails to Guardsman and Bed Bath and Beyond and every time I call, we start the process all over again. This has been beyond frustrating.

I was not pleased with the experience I received at this establishment. My mother and I went to purchase a pair of spring tension rods. We picked 48"-75" (122cm-191cm). The price on the item said $3. 99, when we went to the register the cashier took the item to go and check the price of it. She brought back and item with a price on it and proceed to charge my mother 9. 99 for the item. My mom explained the price she saw but was still charged the higher price. When my mom asked for tape to lock the bag but also asked for an extra bag. With a nasty attitude the cashier said "do you want a bag or tape, which one".

The worst telephone customer service ever. I called to and attempted to ask two questions about an advertised product. The representative hung up on me after the first question. When I immediately called back she said hung up because she had to ring up customers in the store. WTH, maybe put me on hold or have someone answer your phones Bed, Bath Etc. I was polite and just wanted to be sure the store had what I needed in stock before traveling there. Customer service is a thing of the past in a lot of these Mom and Pop stores. I won't shop here, I'd rather order online.

Went to the store on 1/14/2020. Sign on door says store hours are 9:00 to 7:30 Monday to Friday but when I went there today at 7:05 pm, the door was closed. Went to another store and walked out around 7:15 pm the door was still closed so I knocked. The clerk inside pointed to a hand written notice on door that reads ' doors are closed 15 minutes before closing time' but the worst part was that the lights were turned off and personnel was leaving the store at 7:20 pm!! Consumer Affairs, where are you??

My stuff came up to 198 dallor and change i gave two new hundred dallor bills this lady took my money and said hmmm than held the money to the light looked at me took the money pin marked the money looked at me with this ass hole look on her face then held the money up again she marked the money again turned over marked it again then held it up she just kept doing it until I flipped

This store refused to honor ticketed price. Stated it was a mistake although all items had the same price.

Horrible customer service !
