Kevin was an amazing realtor, he walked us through shopping for both a duplex rental property and a primary residence. While we ended up buying the duplex off market, he was instrumental in teaching us so much about home quality, craftsmanship, and things to look out for. He always had great insight into renovation potential and costs and was realistic in expectations. He shared so much knowledge about the neighborhoods we liked, styles we wanted and even about real estate investing. A few times he even talked us out of a house we got swept up in, knowing that it wasn't really what we wanted. He seemed to know what we were truly looking for even more than we did sometimes, he's not someone who is just looking to make a sale. We will definitely reach out to Kevin for all future real estate needs.

UPDATE 2022: Kevin has come through for us again. This is now the third time we have worked with him and he is just so great to work with. He helped us buy in 2010, and then sell/buy in 2017 (see review below). After about 4 years, we were ready for another move and decided to take advantage of this hot market. He gave us valuable feedback and worked with us through the process from listing to closing. He is truly very knowledgeable about the housing market and he knows houses. He always takes his time with us at showings and makes sure he answers any questions we have. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

2017: We’ve used Kevin Rigg as our real estate agent twice now. The first time was back in 2010 when he was highly recommended by a friend. He helped us find the house in the country that we were looking for at that time in our lives. Times changed and our needs changed so this year we found ourselves wanting to sell our home and move closer to the city. Without hesitation, we called Kevin to list our house and help us find our next home. He gave us great advice on small updates we could do prior to listing. We took a couple of weeks to get the work done and Kevin got our house on the market. Lots of showings later, we got an offer and closed about two months after listing the home. I have no doubt that the services provided by Kevin, and Shorewest, were pivotal to our sale.
Kevin works very hard for his clients and is exceptionally knowledgeable about houses. He responds quickly to questions and makes himself available for showings. He knows the greater Milwaukee area neighborhoods very well. We are less than a week from closing on our new home that Kevin helped us find. If and when we become ready to move again, we would definitely call Kevin.

Kevin was absolutely awesome! My wife and I found a ton of houses we liked visually. And when we walked through them Kevin was super knowledgeable and pointed out everything that needed to be done. This was incredibly helpful being first time home buyers in this crazy market. Kevin was also incredibly responsive via calls and texts and was willing to set up shows day and night working around my wife’s crazy schedules. Kevin is absolutely exceptional at everything when it comes reality. After receiving an accepted offer on a new home, we needed to put our house on the market within 72 hours. We called him up short notice and he jumped right into saving our "day". He pulled all strings behind the scenes, coordinated the photographer to come in time and filled out all home-sale related documents. Kevin is highly knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market as well as home maintenance aspects. Is intuition is remarkably spot on! Kevin worked diligently and was available at all times. He made all stars align so that we can enjoy our new home now. Hands down, you want Kevin on your team.

Kevin found us our forever home. We knew that we were looking for a needle in a haystack with our requirements for a house, and were prepared to settle if need be. However Kevin looked at countless houses with us until we found our perfect house. He has unlimited knowledge and taught us so much. Anything from analyzing a foundation to telling you what your commute will be like, he knows it all. He is definitely not afraid to get his hands dirty. He crawled around crawlspaces, attics and walked very muddy lots with us to investigate every inch of a house. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Kevin did both for my husband and I. With the buying process, Kevin seemed to always be available to show us homes and was very insightful while walking through them, pointing out positives and negatives.
