I called from out of town to have Mothers Day flowers delivered to my amazing Mom. Country Gardens was the most personal, helpful and friendly florist ever. Unfortunately our office lost a beloved coworker to covid last week. He was a big fan of batman and I contacted this florist to get an arrangement to honor him. I sent a picture of an idea and this is the final product. Absolutely phenomenal customer service as she went above and beyond to make sure we could honor our coworker.

Sandy was so pleasant to work with. I told her what I wanted and she sent.me.a picture when it was done. I am in another town and she was able to help me with my sister's Birthday. I will definitely use her shop again

Always shop local! After one of the big name florists cancelled my order with no notice shortly before the delivery date, I contacted Country Gardens Florist and Greenhouse. In the middle of a blizzard, Sandy returned my call, helped me with my order, and was so kind and gracious. Beautiful results and amazing customer service. Thank you!

I waited too long to try to get my granddaughter a corsage for prom because every place I called needed me to order a week prior. Sandy at Country Gardens went above and beyond to make her a corsage the day of prom and worked around a wedding she was providing flowers for to make it happen. The corsage was gorgeous and made my granddaughter’s first prom extra special. Will use Country Gardens for all my floral needs and highly recommend them.

If you have gone curtain shopping hundreds of times. Stop! Fabric shops have unlimited fabric. Just choose - your style - your passion - your favorite color - endless options but your way. I was so tired of going from store to store and not finding anything that I wanted to put on my windows. I had Pretty Window Treatments make my kitchen curtains and all I get is compliments. My meter reader for my electric has to go through my kitchen to read the meter and every time she comments on my curtains. I have 12 yards of fabric on the bolt just wating to get a complementary pattern to pair with the existing fabric and my new living room curtains will be on my windows. It is so exciting to pick out a fabric that you can't wait to be hung on your window. I might look at curtains or drapes in a store but I will never buy another store bought set of curtains again. Look my window treatments.!!

I wish I could rate a score lower than 1. I ordered flowers online the end of February 22 and asked they be deliver on Saturday, February 24th. I received no call and finally called my sister-in-law to see if she received the flowers on Saturday evening and of course she hadn’t. I paid. $135. I then called and left a voicemail asking to call me back. She sent a text with a claim she had been in an accident on her way to the flower market. I was understanding and said OK, can you deliver them next week. She said yes but again no flowers delivered. Finally after several weeks I requested a refund which again did not happen. I finally called my bank and filed a fraudulent claim.

I am an understanding person and tried to be sympathetic but after a while enough!!

I had a negative experience with this florist. Here is my story. I called on Feb. 22nd, spoke to the owner, and ordered the Wild Flower Bouquet which was pictured on their website. I also ordered 3 mylar balloons to be delivered with the flowers. I was charged $155.15. I requested that the flowers and balloons be delivered to my sister on Feb. 29th. By 5:00 on February 29th, the flowers and balloons had not been delivered. I called the florist and the owner answered. She explained to me that she had been in a car accident the week prior and was dealing with injuries to her eye. She said that my order would be delivered the next day. I told her I was sorry to hear about her accident but that I wish she had let me know earlier so that I could have made other plans. The next afternoon, a flower arrangement was delivered to my sister. It did not look remotely like what I ordered and there were no balloons. Also, it was left on my sister’s porch (when it was raining) because she was not home. Again, I paid $155.15 for these flowers. I attempted to contact the owner to resolve this situation but to no avail.
