Decent enough with competitive prices. Best part is that you can book without having to call and deal with sales agents and fake prices the other third party cruise lines are advertising.

Always a great experience, my go to for cruising. They know what they are doing, and have a good relationship with cruise lines. Only negative is time on hold to get an agent. But worth the money saved.

As of today, we've worked with four different agents. I can't see ever using any other agencies. These people work fast and hard taking care of us. They keep helping even after the phone call.

Although I never did get to go on the cruise I had booked due to COVID-19 the staff were extremely helpful and I always heard back from them within 24 hours after I emailed them. They also did upgrades/better pricing immediately after I found better prices several times. Got my money back pretty quickly as well. They made a really upsetting/frustrating time a lot better with their professionalism. If and when cruising gets back to normal, will def. book with them again

I find the staff at Direct Line Cruises to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing was a few hundred dollars less than the lowest quote I received from the cruise line, and they even threw in some on board spending money for my 3 cabins. I will be using them for our next family vacation.
