This is truly a great company. My wife and I hit a deer driving from NY to Springfield. I Google collision companies and after looking at the reviews put all of our trust in them. And truly am thankful. They do such quality work and consistently keep in touch with you to let you know the progress of your vehicle. Something that is so rare these days is Jeff "owner" takes great pride in the job he does. I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue. They will figure out your rental car if needed and they will deal with your insurance company so you don't have to worry about a thing. I had a door ding directly on the body line of my car. This is a very difficult ding to remove. I took it into 5 Star and before I knew it, it was fixed PERFECTLY in just a few hours. I received outstanding service the whole way through and felt the staff really did the best they can to make it a win-win-win for everybody. Terrific experience. Reasonable price. My auto was involved in a freak landslide of red clay mud rocks & stone which caused some $16000.00 worth of damage to the auto! Jeff & staff kept me very well informed of the end results of damage the process & update of repair to the auto which they had almost 4 weeks!!The end result was a very pleased satisfied customer that thinks not only do they have the best repair & customer service I could ever ask for but also the best cleaning of exterior interior I have ever had!! Have used their services for our business cars and body repairs and by far the best body shop collision center in town. With many other options flooding the market 5 Star always stands behind their work and take pride in what leaves the shop. Never have I seen a car come back that I was not happy with. They definitely deserve the name 5 Star and the 5 star rating.
