We purchased few items and forgot my handbag out side of the store in a cart.
Our wallets and ID cards, bank cards money all in the bag.
We realized after we reach home.
Called the store and this wonderful young person Mr.Collin promptly check on my bag and found it.
He kept it safe till we reach the store.
All our valuables were in the bag.
He made our day. It’s very hard to find this kind of people nowadays.
I’m really grateful for him. Barbour Freight has a loyal employee.

Chris the supervisor was ELITE with his customer service. Was looking for a black light for work and he helped me look around for it because it seemed like they did not have any in stock. Once I get to my car thinking they had ran out. Chris made sure to come find me outside after finding out he did have one in stock so I was able to purchase one. Now I know why they have him store supervisor. Great experience thank you so much again now I could work !

Bought a bauer oscilating tool at HF... heres the thing.. far better than ryobi trash they sell at depot but the costumer service...wow breatg of fresh air, they actaully know where things are,very pleasant atmosphere,noce reps, i would reccomand harbor freight over home depot anyday after this visit, hope that in future they will sell wood,paints and brands like dewalt

Organized, clean, affordable and staff member Mary was unbelievable! She went above and beyond to help me out with anything needed. Nice to see people take pride in what they do still.

Easy to find location. The place is maintain and kept very neat and clean. They have Lots of equiptment, great prices and friendly staff. Across the street from Lowes. Has bathrooms, wheelchair accessible.

Got a giant American flag, it looked great and was on discount! They have a used section with cheaper prices if that's what you're looking for.

It has great prices on tools . The store is clean. It has odd tools and items that other big box stores don't have. They sell warranty for most they tool. Plenty of parking. Easy to got, too. The staff is helpful.

I spend too much money here all the time😮‍💨 outside of that I've always found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. On occasion I've spent time after check out to just chat with the staff. There's a great team over there.

This store is pure fun. I love coming here or even if I have nothing specific I want it by. I love looking at tools and I have many of them. Should check it out.

Was here for one item, but came out with several items. Product quality is good for the price point. Bought several screwdrivers that would cost 2 to 3 times more in other locations.

You will find all tools you need for a lower price than other home improvement store. I always stop by here for getting accessories tools items. Some items quality might not as good, for some items, I normally buy the warranty plan, hassle free.

I’ve literally never been there; I just wait for a bus that’s nearby.

Store was clean and seemed to be well stock. There weren't many customers but the line moved steadily. Prices are good and there is always an abundance of store flyers. Parking is free and plenty of spaces available.
