Stopped in about 4:30 today after my mom (Ctown native) told me about the deli. I didn't know the deli closes at 4 while the store closes at 5, but the lady behind the counter, I unfortunately didn't get her name, was kind enough to still serve me a delicious Italian mix on their "peasant" bread. For just under $9 for the smaller sized sandwich, it was really FRESH and well-proportioned. Thank you, I'll be back!

Had a really great sandwich here! The horseradish was delicious! I wound up walking out with some maple syrup and deli mustard as well. Unfortunately I didn't get to try any of the dozens of types of beer that they carry. Very nice employees...

This IS that small town place that the locals know. We were staying at a hotel down the street and decided to stop in and were immediately welcomed and told were everything was. They have an amazing walk in beer cave in the back of the store, so I picked up a sixer to take back to the hotel. If you are in town, check this place out.

One of the last family owned corner stores in the area, has a great little deli, and one of the best beer selections I have ever seen. The extra sharp cheddar they have is to die for. No credit or debit card, but it's so worth it to stop in.

Was my first time going here for lunch and it was the best sub/wrap I've ever had. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to go.

Amazing deli in the heart of Cooperstown. The owners and staff are very friendly, local people. Spurbeck's also has a very elaborate beer garden with over 150 different beers from all around the U.S. If you are in town passing by or visiting long-term, please make sure to pop into this gem!

Love this place, nice deli and I pick up a couple pounds of their store cheese whenever I'm in town. They age it themselves and sometimes it's like heavenly sharp cheddar, sometimes closer to a parmesan. Never the same twice! Oh, and you'll need to bring cash.

Best little grocery in Cooperstown. A better selection of beers and cheeses than anywhere in the county. This place was family owned for forty years and has since changed hands but the new folks seem to keep up the charm and quaintness of this little store that always made it stand out; in a town that has a Price Chopper and a Topps right down the road.

OMG!!!!! A MUST stop for an AMAZING sandwich.
Today's Special, was a Meatloaf Panini, with grilled onions & cheese on a sourdough bread. The side, was homemade potato salad.

Best place in town for a sandwich, soup or snacks. They have amazing specials daily and excellent chili on Fridays! Super friendly staff and great food!
