Today 11/16/22 I noticed my boiler leaking. Made me a little nervous due to weather change. Called Ed and explained the situation. Bryan was over at my house within a few hours. He diagnosed and explained the problem and in two hours it was fixed. The pricing was extremely fair considering the response time and quality of work. I highly recommend this local family business.

Bryan worked on a leak I had under my sink. He came the day I reached out to explain everything and price it out beforehand. He fixed it super quick and gave me an amazing price. Highly recommended!

I kept having an issue in one of my toilets - Ed came - on time - and fixed the issue which others had tried and failed. He, also, explained what my upstairs tub needed in order to work properly. He was courteous, professional and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him!

Ed is a reliable, honest, and easy to deal with plumber. He takes the fear out of dealing with unsavory characters and having them in your home. He takes the time to explain what is wrong, and how he is going to repair it. He wants the homeowner to feel comfortable with him and his work and it shows. Both he and his son are outstanding people who are polite and genuine. They stand behind their work and will not treat any customer unfairly. I recommend him to anyone who asks and not a single person has been unsatisfied. I recently moved to this part of long island a few years ago and could not be happier I found a plumber I can TRUST and rely on in an emergency. I have been a customer now for years and have used him over five times for different jobs and all have been done professionally, neatly, and quickly.

Called ed to have low water cut off installed on my boiler he told me his price to which i agreed. He said he would be over that friday between 830-930 to install it. Friday morning rolls around 930 passes i wait until 1030 i text and called him does not return my messages and i saw that he did see my text message. I took the day off from work and he couldnt even have the decency to let me know he wasnt coming total waste of the day.

Do not use this guy. I had an appointment this morning and no call no show. Waited over a half hour for him. Guy never answers his phone and is impossible to get a hold of.
