Excellent bicycle repair. Great prices. The shop is not a fancy bicycle shop. It is an old school repair shop. The owner knows his business. He did work that the fancy bike stores wanted to charge me double the price for. I will only go here for bike repairs. Several friends recommended The Cycle Company and I'm glad they did.

Got a new bike this week which I purchased online and required minimum assembly. All was done except for a problem where I couldn't get the front disc brake aligned. We called The Cycle Company and they said to come on over with it. Less than $20 and an hour later, the bike was working and I was thrilled, especially after 5 exhausting hours the night before trying to get it working. This was my first time with this shop although my husband has been there many times and was always thrilled with their work. Thank you Cycle Company!

I went to The Cycle Company to have my jogging stroller looked at because the tire kept coming off the rim. Richard, checked the tire and filled it with air being able to fix the rim/tire in the process, then he checked the rest of the tires and filled them with air for me. Richard took the time to do this while I had my three kids in the car and did not charge me for anything, but did it out of kindness. I will definitely send work his was if and when the time comes.

I had not heard of this store or been there but my first experience was exceptional for what it was. Called up and a guy Rich answered. Sounded hurried but kind and answered my question.. Even told us he'd take of us same day. Knowing how other stores are not even answering the phones this was satisfying. Pulled up.. Placed is outdated compared to others but they know bike repairs. He did it same day.. Great job too man honest. No upsell and made my daughter thrilled to get back on her Giant road bike. Thank you rich!

I purchased my Giant Defy 1 at the Cycle Company. Rich was incredibly helpful, very knowledgable, very patient, and very fair with pricing. I plan on going back there now for servicing on other bikes, and future purchases. There are other bicycle shops in the area, but The Cycle Company was by far the best and most helpful.

The best place and best people to fix your bike. When I couldn't find a place that could fix my son's bike I was on my way to work I came across The Cycle Company and dropped of the bike there and they were very polite when I went in. I recommend them 100% . Thank you for fixing my son's bike he is so happy now that his bike is fixed.

Ok ;-( ----Party is OVER for the Two Old Fellas- THE PLACE CLOSED PERMENATLY AS OF ,,,well....- I really DON't know,,,, but I did stopped by there like 3-4 months ago. The place looked like a time capsule and it really showed. I guess these guys did not believe in modernizing in any way shape or form...too bad---I would go there because it was close to my office and do a lunch time run and back to eat - Great location for a business like that....Oh Well. Happy Retirement fellas, where-ever YUTZ are. ;-)

Most bike shops had a least a two or three week wait. My bike was in bad shape, I messed up the derailurrer pretty good mountain biking. I brought it in expecting to leave it for a week or so. The guys have been working so hard and they said come back tomorrow. I couldn't believe it. Picked it up today and it works flawlessly.

We came here to get 2 bikes fixed and they were both fixed in less than half an hour and the gentlemen at the shop were knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are very fair and this place is definitely a great place for repairs

I have not been to a bike shop that provides such a great customer service and amazing at what they do. Attitude is EVERYTHING!!! These guys are great bike mechanics.

Very friendly and very helpful. They fixed my wheelchair wheel when the bike shop 4 blocks away free me wouldn't. Even though they advertise that they do repairs . But when I called the bike shop in seeing James says they don't fix spokes on bicycle wheels. What type of bicycle shop doesn't fix spokes on bicycle wheels. Maybe they just didn't want to work on the wheelchair to help out somebody who's disabled. The cycle shop welcomed me and help me with my wheelchair I want to thank them for that. When you're disabled and cannot walk you wheelchair is basically your lifeline. So once again cycle Company thank you very much for helping me out.

By the way I got my first bike from you in 1976. I will never forget that, and I will never forget your help with the wheelchair spokes! Being in a wheelchair is hard enough. And when you need repairs it's urgent to get them done in a timely fashion, and that's what you've done for me. Even though bike discounters in St. James is four blocks away from me I will recommend everybody I know to go to the CYCLE COMPANY, just west of the BULL on Jericho, in Smithtown. Bike discounters in St. James has a big sign in there window, that says they do repairs well obviously not because they would not repair my bycicle spoked rimes on my wheelchair. My wheelchair has bicycle rims, tires and spokes. I would have done it myself but I am obviously in a wheelchair, so I couldn't do it, so thank you, With the bottom of my heart , cycle company!

I’ve driven passed this place for years. Finally needed to use it for a bike repair. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely reasonable as well in comparison to other local shops ( I called around).

Bought my Giant 29er and many parts for my son. They're very very helpful, will go the xta-mile for you. Has a lot of stock, parts and goodies. Very knowledgeable.So far my favorite bike connection!!!

They are a complete bicycle shop that will repair your bike on time and at a wonderful price. I fully endorse their work ethics.. You will NOT be disappointed.

The most wonderful service ever, put together a boxed bike in 45 minutes, and put a kickstand on no charge. Very nice employees, love my new bike.

Stopped here to buy spare bike tubes and check the gears during our bike tour. Shop owner was super helpful and also gave us some tips on local routes!

The men that run The Cycle Company & service the bicycles are terrific. Prices are fair not overpriced like many other local places.
