Great customer service and very professional! When I called to place my order for Mother's Day, Heidi was very friendly, got all of the information regarding the delivery, and discussed the details of the arrangements to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They also call the recipient to set up the delivery. The arrangements were beautifully done! Our mothers were very complimentary about the vibrant colors and many different varieties of flowers that were in the arrangements. Thank you Flower Stop for making Mother's Day a special one!

The Flower Stop was chosen because of their attention to detail, professionalism and their willingness to work within our budget. Heidi was easy to work with and offered many suggestions for our daughters spaced theme wedding. - The bridal bouquet was picasso calla lilies, salal with constellation sparkles. the maid of honor carried a similar bouquet. The Groom's bout was mayfair alstromeria, limonium w/ constellation spray and the bestwoman had a corsage of Mayfair alstromeria and limonium. So many ppl commented on the beauty of them!

This place went above and beyond. I was trying to send an afghan to a funeral home out of state through their site. They called around but none of the local shops near the funeral home carried the afghans. I was told I could pick up the afghan from their shop and send it out myself, which is fine since wanted that specific product. When I got there they boxed it up and packed it nicely for me. I would highly recommend them for keepsakes and remembrances for good and sad occasions.

I came in 30 minutes before closing, completely unprepared as to what floral arrangement I wanted to get for my wife. Heidi, the florist, was extremely helpful and patient, helping to create a completely custom and beautiful arrangement. She made it quickly and put in a lot of attention to detail. Completely satisfied with the product, service, and value.

I have ALWAYS been satisfied every single time! Heidi( the owner) is a true ARTIST! I always call and tell her my price range and tell her to do what she wants with the arrangement and it is always beautiful she never disappoints! She is extremely talented and takes pride in her work!

A friend of mine sent me some flowers from this location and not only were they absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was extremely friendly and flexible as far as getting them delivered to me at a time and location that best fit my schedule. I was so impressed and when the time comes for me to pay it forward to another awesome soul, I will absolutely be purchasing from this location.

I called early on a Friday (10/6/17) and placed and order for a delivery to be done later in the day. I spoke with Heidi and the service and product was wonderful. Not a lot of places do business like this, and after being away from the area for a bit it is refreshing to have this kind of experience. Wonderful service. I called at 4 in the afternoon on Valentines day to make a delivery to my daughter who is at Cedarville University and these folks came through for me. Defiantly service oriented.
