My experience was very pleasant ! I booked a surprise birthday party in the private room for my boyfriends birthday. The host Gianna communicated prompt via email. She also made sure we had everything we needed the day of the event , and accommodated us with the room. There wasn’t any confusion with each persons ordered , although it was a lot of people (30+). In addition the place was beautiful, and the food, and music was awesome! We could hear the music through the doors of our private room, which lead us to the dance floor. The customer service was amazing . I would definitely visit again. Pics look the exact same online as they do in person.

We went to celebrate my friends birthday 🎂 and let me start from the food, to the service superb. Definitely come back. Great environment. We had the burrata , coliflower sesame, calamari, cowboy steak. Penne a la vodka. And much more . Nothing to complain about, plenty of parking. Attentive, professional Bartenders who not only serve a good drink but can relate - speak on any topic. Appetizers delicious - Meatballs 5 Stars - main course fantastic - courtesy of chef Albano - Guest Disc Jockeys (Thursday to Saturday) (after dinner hours) mix music for the hip nightlife type.. .The 'IN' crowd.

I came here randomly on a weekend, and it's very nice. Food was great, as well as the service. You may want to dress up a bit. It's also better to make reservations; we didn't have any but they were able to accommodate us.

I can't rave enough about the incredible experience we had hosting my daughter's christening dinner at Gigantes. The service was beyond impeccable, and the food? Hands down, the best I've ever tasted (our guests felt the same as well).

The private dining room was absolutely perfect for the vibe I was going for – stunning decor that added a perfect touch to our event. Gianna, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything ran like clockwork, and her attention to detail was next level. Every request that we had was met with a smile and zero hesitation!

The waitstaff at our event were just as attentive and pleasant. They worked around a bunch of kids running around and managed to keep every drink full. Everyone who attended was bragging about the service and food on their way out.

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience with top-notch service, this is the place. Five stars without a doubt!

My husband surprised me with Brunch with a group of friends. 1st of all the place is absolutely beautiful. The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. What stood out by far, was the service we received. I do not remember who the hostess/ perhaps manager was but she and her staff were AMAZING. We will absolutely be returning here for many years to come.

Had the pleasure of hosting my wife’s 30 birthday party at gigantes and they crushed it! Very impressed with the staff, the vibes, the food and the atmosphere. Will definitely be hosting more events there in the future!

I really loved this place. Delicious food, highly recommend the ceasar salad and shrimp tempura. Great service, after 11 it turns into a lounge. Perfect, just what I needed, definitely recommend.

Gigantes is the place I go to for amazing food, fun vibes, and some after dinner dancing!

Came here for dessert and drinks with a friend and this place shocked me! The DJ on Saturday June 10th was a beast, he literally played hit after hit and kept going! The drinks were good and actually reasonably priced, the decor and lights were beautiful, the service was good too. I will certainly be back

Good time celebrating a friend's birthday. Turns into a club after 9pm. Drinks are $$$. But good. Lots.if parking.

The food was absolutely delicious and well plated, the staff professional and attentive, and the decor glamorous and tasteful. Nothing but positives raves for this location.❤❤❤

Excellent food, clean, service was very good and friendly. Interior is very appealing and felt safe as they adhere to social distancing rule. Ambiance is super nice. Ample free parking at Lake Isle Country Club so it is very convenient.

Beautiful atmosphere and great service. The food was good. We had the cauliflower app, salad, and the lobster special as an entree. I would definitely go back to try other foods.

I have been to this restaurant many times for dinner and it was always a good time and the food is always good. I decided to have my engagement dinner here for 25 people. The staff especially Gianna went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She stayed in touch up until the dinner and I was so surprised at the amount of food!! No-one left hungry. The waitress Dominique was also perfect. She was super friendly and did an outstanding job handling 25 people. I will be having my bridal shower here as well !

I celebrated my birthday with my partner and the evening was amazing. The food was delicious, I could not ask for more.

Great date night spot. My husband and I sat outside. FYI they share space with a country club so if you wanna avoid extra noise go at/after 7 pm, but we didn't mind. The ambience was nice, music was good not too loud. Food was delicious and portions were big. We ordered for appetizer the burrata, calamari, and the meatballs all were delicious. For main course I ordered the chicken parmigian which was huge easily could've fed 2 people, my husband got chicken in a lemony suace which was delicious. Dessert he ordered the chocolate mousse and I got the creme brulee, so good. We went home with leftovers. Would definitely go back.

Can't believe I've never been here before. It's a good alternative to a lounge. Dinner, drinks and music.
