The Stop and Shop on White Plains Road is conveniently located and while it isn’t their largest store has an excellent selection of produce and has a large parking lot. I was very impressed by how all the staff wore masks and were very respectful of social distancing.

Large supermarket typical of the chain. My biggest beef is the difficulty of taking a left hand turn out of the parking lot.

Well stocked and friendly staff. Seriously, Joyce went above and beyond in helping us use coupons and get deals - in the self-checkout lane!!!!!

The checkout staff here is friendly and phenomenal. It's always a pleasure to shop here and the staff has been around a long time and provides excellent service!

My only problem is with the various department managers who cannot seem to keep the shelves stocked effectively (not just now this has been an ongoing problem) and unfortunately, even when you make them aware of the fact that they've run out of something, it's sometimes takes months before they get to it. In the past Mrs. McDuffie was the store manager and she was outstanding and always on top of this issue.

Not a lot of either gluten-free foods in their gluten-free section, or kosher foods.

Today I Went To Stop &Shop The Friendliest Workers Malik Supervisor Chris In Dairy Sara Cashier Deli Dept So Nice.Every Worker Went Above And Beyond I Will Be Goibg Back There.

Very nice store; staff always stocking. Easy to get in and out quickly, so better than a convenience store!

great store that has a lot of options packed into their smaller store space. slightly smaller than the stop & shop in Cross County, but they have all the same options for staple foods, it's just more niche foods and products where they are lacking. So it is great for quick grocery runs

Our go to store for 15 years. Today was particularly nice when I notice the lady at the deli counter ( Fatima ) was pealing the wrapper stuff off the liverwurst I was getting. Very nice touch. Thanks again Fatima 😁😁

My mother loves this place. Aside from buying groceries, she shops there to buy broiled chickens. She also plays lotto there as well. I use it for small things and Western Union. The parking is free. It's not too big and it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly. It's on the corner of route 22 and mill road in East Chester New York. Like many others, I find it a nice place to shop. Try it one day. A family neighborhood place. Mobbed always!.

Great location, easy parking, good store layout. Great customer service. This store has so many employes that go the extra mile to do the right thing, and make the customer happy. Very family oriented, and people friendly. I recommend this store to all my friends.

Clean & meticulous supermarket. Plenty of parking. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff, a pleasure to shop at. Oh, and lots of cashiers to get you out.

Clean, friendly staff and wide open spaces. The store was not crowded and in half an hour we got our shopping done. The cashier was young but did her job well.

Great store, fair pricing, quality products. What else ca you ask for! The store is a bit smaller than some other super markets, but still a great place to shop, their cakes are OUTSTANDING.

Stop & Shop in East Chester is much nicer (VERY polite and friendly service) than other locations, especially Yonkers, where some employees can be very rude and unprofessional, and Bronxville, where they don't seem to comprehend when you ask for cold cuts to be sliced #3 Thin, even though you tell them each time - they cut them as thick as they like.

The store is clean and well-maintained the staff is friendly and the store is well-stocked and has fresh Foods that includes cold cuts Meats fruits and vegetables
