Joe gave us amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone. I have been to other well known storage facilities and I have never had such an attentive and personable person help me. GoodFriend Self Storage is lucky to have him on their team!

I love that place, the best storage place, I was with extra space for 8 years and if I had known it before I would have moved sooner, very clean, Melanie and Joe always look for a way to accommodate you and explain everything to you, very good communication and good vibes ♥

Okay. I really like how My rep (I think his name is Angel) referred to me by my first name. Felt so personal. And he even said Happy Belated Birthday and his birthday was the 19th. He was really so kind!! Truly unforgettable!!!!

I am SO HAPPY to have chose this place. The Service was great. Affordable prices, The place is clean & Angel is really an Angel!!! He had the ladder waiting for me on the 5th floor and he had my boxes and belongings on a pulley

He explained that I had a 5x5 “on the top” but everything I needed would be provided. The size was perfect for what I have. You can’t find the 5x5 storage unit at most other places. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I hope you’ll get Angel. He made my experience AMAZING !!!!

Today I rented a storage unit at this GoodFriend location, I must say my overall experience was amazing. I work with Suzette during my visit. She is an exceptional person. Her customer service during our interaction was above and beyond. The beauty of the facility was also a plus, nice and clean. I am Completely satisfied after trusting GoodFriend self storage with my storage needs.

I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean, neat and organized. Feels very secure and safe as the gates provide convenient access to storage and a parking lot. Also great customer service! Love this place. Very clean and easy storage. The help available was phenomenal! I was helped by a young man by the name of Angel. He was very funny and extremely helpful. He made sure i was comfortable with storing my items there; and he also made sure all of my questions were answered.
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of storage!

Good, clean facility. Very cheap prices, best storage in the area. However where they really shine is their awesome staff, all very helpful but ask for Haydee she is a gem! Super sweet and funny. They definitely make storage easy!

Angel W. is easily the reason for me choosing GoodFriend Storage. I am leaving another storage facility after they consistently raised my unit rental costs. Initially I met with Angel who provided all the info needed for me to make a choice. I explained that I would return to make my final decision. I then returned and met a Lady who was not as enthusiastic in her efforts to find a unit I preferred this past weekend, which temporarily ruined my plans to move out of my old unit. This was not a great start and although slightly frustrated, I realized I needed to return and deal with someone else. Angel W. & Chris not only found a unit I was pleased with, they upsold me on a mutually beneficial special that was running which was a great benefit to me. I appreciate their assistance and I left feeling confident that GoodFriend Storage will be a good fit for me.

The staff is very friendly and the price is right

GoodFriend is great! The people who work there are always willing to help if you if you have any concerns or question regarding your unit. The storage is clean and very easy to move around, plus they provide big dolly for you to move your stuff.

I am extremely grateful to Dayna. She was knowledgeable about the service the company offers and patient with me. The facility is clean and the other employees are great also. I will recommend this company anytime.

Suzette is very professional smart kind and willing too go above and beyond too help her customers, standing watching sue take care other customers is amazing and looking like she enjoying every bit of it, that what I like about this company someone who cares loves their job, and don't mind helping others keep up the good work suzette. Fantastic place with Excellent staff. I don’t usually like using storage places since I had a bad experience at my last storage place some time ago but today was great. Staff had a great sense of what was right for me and took there time explaining everything. I would definitely check this place out if u need a good storage place!

Very clean storage and the workers are absolutely FRIENDLY! They are so pleasant.. great customer service for sure and prices aren't bad at all.. highly recommended

Associates are always alert and attentive once I walk through the door . Suzette always helps me and makes my storage experience the very convenient. I am always in and out and recommend all my family and friends to go when she’s there.

I’ve been using this storage place for over a year. Great service and the prices are fair. Giving it 5 stars BUT I kind of wish they’d update the hours if they’re closing early some days. I live about 20 minutes away by car but an hour by train and now I’m heading home from finding out they’re closed 3 hours before what it says on their schedule
