Richard E Gordon, M.D.

Dr. Gordon is by far one of the best doctors in town. The wait time can be a little long, but the wait is well worth it to get a clean bill of health and to have things explained to where you can understand them. The staff is friendly. The office is outdated but the service is exceptional. Highly recommend this doctors office.

Excellent Primary Care Physician!

The employees act like it's a Nuisance for you to come.in and get checked out. They're very rude. It's just unprofessional. My mother recently went in to get checked because her legs were swollen and it was spreading to her stomach and Gordon said it didn't have anything to do with her heart and sent her tina dermatologist who didn't even know what was wrong. So, LUCKILY. I talked her into going to Soin hospital where they said she was having a HEART ATTACK AND HAD CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. She was addmited and the next day transported to Kettering hospital because she NEEDED OPEN HEART SURGERY.

Long story short. Going here is a big fat was of time and money. No one there give a cheap about you. It make a me livid thinking about how a DOCTOR said It had nothing to do with her heart and it had EVERYTHING to do with it. All they care about there is money. Please take my advice if you're smart don't get a family doctor in Springfield.

If I could give no stars I would they have rescheduled my appointment several times I have health issues that a emergency department can't deal with it keeps interfering with my job and almost caused me to lose said job

Worst office ever!!! Apparently because i have a temporary insurance card they refused to see me after i have been a patient for a year. I just waiting on new cards to come in smh i will be looking for a new docter office asap
