Incredible store ! Take your time to see everything.

We love this store. We live in a small town so when I get to a real city I always look up this store, great selections and terrific clearance section where I can make my money be worth more.

Great shoe store with seasonal varieties. The sale section is at the very back end of the store, and there is also a nail bar. Kids section is towards the front of the store. Overall, something new every few weeks!

Best place to get shoes for an affordable price. They have more options than others like Kohl's who just sell sketchers for women. Here you get all sorts of name brand shoes.

Patrick was amazing and should be running this place!! I had a pair of shoes I ordered on line that didn't fit. He returned them and placed my order for a newer pair to be sent to me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. His customer service was top notch!! Give him a raise!!!!

Alona at the Dublin, Ohio location made this a special shopping day. She is not only knowledgeable but a lot of fun as well. Her Customer Service skills are very elevated! She helped me acquire an additional pair of shoes by going on-line and matching the price. As she says, “you have to at least ask”. That attitude worked in favor of the client, me! I shall seek her out on my next shopping spree, and you should too!

Awesome shoe store with an exceptional variety but nothing to fit my hooves, unfortunately. Totally not the store's fault. Lots of nice shoes from designer brands if they'll fit you. I think the biggest I seen was an 11 in ladies heels.

I had a great coupon. I found the most delicious pair of Jennifer Lopez gray fur slipper trimmed with being that I've ever seen. The price was perfect. The color and style so feminine, and the whole fit was perfect. I also bought super soft socks and headwraps for your hair after a shower. The price points were great. The sales team knowledgeable and friendly. The store was super clean and organized!!!!

I can't wait to go back and buy this pair of boots I saw.

I took the day off work today to finish Christmas shopping and was looking for a specific pair of crocs and had to go to multiple DSW’s. I wasn’t having the greatest day to start with, my husband’s deployed and I was shopping for his parents. I ended up at the sawmill location and the manager there went above and beyond to help me locate what I was looking for. Him, along with the rest of the staff there were so helpful and courteous. Where so many places are short staffed and service typically suffers in retail, it was such a nice experience.

Love DSW! I've gotten brand name shoes in multiple states for years. Visited this DSW to pick up shoes I ordered online. I needed a half size up and they were in stock. Super easy exchange!

My favorite shoe store. Long lasting and classy

This store plays great music while you are shopping. I buy shoes here annually. I especially like Merrell brand. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have discounts emailed to you. Their online customer service has been very quick to reply to my emails, usually same day.

My son's feet are growing. So while on my lunch break a few days ago I sent my son a few pictures of shoes that I thought he would like. I kind of figured it was going to be this one

Okay, so they have a lot of shoes here and that is always good for a shoe store, my grandpa thought this place was closed down so if anyone else things that, it's not (but that just might only be my grandpa). They have not just running shoes or designer but both and I was able to find what I wanted in a matter of seconds here on clearance, maybe I'm just lucky though. They have this little like "foot tester" area to see how much pressure and we're that pressure is on your feet and they really helped me get the shoe I wanted in the store and overall I think that you should at least come here once to try to find something if Dick's or Footlocker doesn't have what you want.
